What is a Kiamara?
A Kiamara is a wolf-like creature. They have long, fluffy manes on the top of their heads, running down between their shoulders. They all have spots on their bodies- a trait in which will never be bred out of their DNA. They also have feathers- every Kiamara is given feathers when they reach the age of 2 years old. Their diet consists of fruit as well as meat- they prey on similar creatures that wolves would. Kiamara can be very shy before they get to know you. Can you win a Kiamara's heart?

Name:
Vanita, which means vain and/or woman. It is a modern day name, so there isn't really much information on the name itself.
As a nickname, she'd go by Nita or Vani.

The reason she was named such a thing was because she was born into a family of show kimaras, specifically bred to have long elegant horns like her parents, and rare spots that were unlike the common solid ones that most kias possessed.
They noticed from a young age that she adored how she looked, always standing in front of a mirror to admire her reflection as she was brushed and cooed over by her owners. Vanita was the perfect name for her.

What does this kia remind you of:
She reminds me of, at least her spots do, the kind of sunset that is gradually changes color while the stars start coming out.
I suppose the sky gets like this around twilight but I'm not sure, I've only seen the sky like that a few times myself, but it's gorgeous. I couldn't find a picture that shows what I'm talking about exactly, but these will do.
