This is will be my last custom! I'm still working on the lines... but I'm not too sure what his design concept will be. I have a few ideas though, like:
royalty [a sima who loves to dress up as a king]
a batman/bruce wayne sima [playboy, Jack will most likely hate him]
a really theatrical sima
a batman/bruce wayne sima [playboy, Jack will most likely hate him]
his name will be Bruce [please tell me if that's been taken!]
i'll probably make the sima who likes to dress up like a king later
