Art/Story: Golden Chance was born on August 2nd in 2010. He was born in the wild, but was rescued by a animal rescue squad when he trailed off too far from his herd & they left him behind. He was starving & had no where to go. When he was rescued he was terrified of humans. He would eat the food they gave, but ran as far away as he could get from them when they come to see him. The humans just wouldn't give up, they wouldn't leave him alone & that's all he wanted was to be left alone. He didn't know what would happen to him or what they would do with him. Eventually he got use to the humans, their smells, their sounds, & their ways. After awhile it was like he was never in the wild he loved the humans & how easy life was with them to take care of him instead of having to fend for himself. He was soon ready for adoption by this time he was two years old. They thought he wouldn't get adopted & for a year tried to get him a home. They failed miserably for two years until now....
