A skinny gelding cantered around a pen. Freshly branded and gelded, the bay was sweating and wild eyed. He had never been touched, and the last three days had been torture for him. A large buzzing object had chased him from home and into this strange place. Barriers kept him from finding his family and home, with odd creatures walking around chasing horses around some into boxes and taken away.
Another odd creature stood at the mustang's gate
So this is my horse, skinny but healthy for being wild. He'll grow and fill out with time and food.

I would much rather start this when his halted broke but there really is no other way to start if he doesn't believe I can leadAs soon as the trailer doors had opened the mustang bolted into the round pen, running laps looking for the weak point.
Alright, lets do thisthe gate rattled as it opened and closed. Walking to the middle and waiting until the gelding had run himself down before beginning. Picking up the training stick the girl began to push the horse in the direction she wanted trying to control his speed.
This is going nowhere, he's to scared to really work with me.Both horse and human were breathing hard and sweating by time the first session was over.

The second session was am improvement. Instead of running in terror, the mustang was beginning to understand dictions.
wow, he's really progressing. He's still scared but following my dicrection. I can get him to slow down and look at me. I think that's enough for today Hombre. I don't remember when you got named but I like itA small smile curved the corners of her mouth as she shut the gate

Eassyyy, good boyHombre broke down the a swift trot. He had begun to understand cues and could sped up slow down and turn around.
You're really doing good, boy. If you can turn in towards me and we'll be done Hombre made a few more laps before I steeped forward and cued for him to turn around. He stopped eying me as I stepped towards his hip. He stepped off the rail but I paused before swinging into the rail turning away from me.
Alright lets try from this way. You're thinking about doing it. I pushed him a canter and back down to a trot before trying again, I needed his mind focused on me.
step up, move to the hip, cluckHombre Hesitated swinging towards me
good boy! I dropped my training stick, releasing the persure and letting him know he did it right.

ok 'Bre lets try something new. You move i move. The mustang stood, unsure if he was to move forward or wait until he was cued. Eventually he dropped his head and took a half step towards me. He flicked his ears as I stepped back, I could see his mind working, I wasn't supposed to move. Hombre took another step, so did I. He moved again, each time a few more steps. When I reached the middle I stopped backing. Hombre looked at me cautiously and took a step, when I didn't case himwe away hehe kept coming. He stopped about a foot away from me. I wiggled my fingers, he didn't move. I slowly inched up my arm and Hombre threw his head but didn't move. I kept my arm still as he stretched to me. He's cheek brushed my hand.
even when your covered in dust your soft. Ill introduce you to brushes tomorrow
