I wanted to make a pretty nearly monochrome one. The tail glows and that's a ring of small glowing stones that float around his/her neck. This particular ceiral is special, it can control water to a degree with the magic it stores in its tail.

Extra: I guess you want the story of how I got my magic... okay... I previously was always very s-scared of water, a-and that was v-very bad for my survival s-since I h-hated to drink. Once, I was l-lost in a very s-scary storm, and I took shelter in a cave... I huddled in the corner, s-shivering consistently... but then this v-voice came out of n-nowhere. I-I was very s-scared at first, but after I realized it didn't want to hurt me... it told me that i-it was a guardian of the water. I-I looked around a-and noticed the glowing rocks on the walls of the cave... they were so b-beautiful! T-the voice said that they were m-magical, and that if I w-wanted to t-they could h-help me get o-over my fear of water. I s-shyly accepted, and t-the storm got shockingly l-loud at that v-very moment and I had a s-searing pain go through my b-body. I-I wished so h-hard for the storm to stop, a-and suddenly it d-did! I-I got up off the c-cold rock floor, a-and almost fell down again because t-the magic from some n-nearby rocks had drained into my body! T-the voice h-helped me concentrate my p-power, and now I am much more c-confident a-and strong then I w-was before. And n-now I love playing with water! W-want a drink? *shyly smiles*
