Name meaning if any: Well, the reason I chose it is because the markings on his face remind me of the Phantom of the Opera, and I see their personalities being very similar. Normally I prefer more unique names, but I just couldn't see his name as being anything else.

Personality:
Phantom is the typical unruly, headstrong stallion. He is a natural leader and commands respect at all times, and if anyone dares disobey he will not hesitate to let them know their place. Somewhere inside, he has a desperate craving for attention and acceptance, but this is proving impossible as one way or another he keeps drawing himself farther and farther away. He has always had to work for what he wanted and will not give up anything without a proper fight. Phantom is typically unapproachable both by humans and others of his species, and will probably never be tamed properly.
Question: What is one of my favourite gemstones?
Answer: Diamonds are too predictable, as are sapphires. I have a feeling it's something obscure, but I'm going to guess a ruby. You just strike me as liking them CX

What do you like about him?:
I think the better question here would be what DON'T I like about him, haha. Other than dun, blood bay is probably my favorite base color on horses. But the two things that probably drew me to him most were his markings, especially on his face since they remind me of the Phantom, and the fact that he is part of a dragon series. Can there be any doubt by just taking a quick glance at my account that I adore dragons? <3

Even from birth he needed to fight,
And while his mother did her best,
A terrible storm struck that same night
And the next morning, she was laid to rest.

The others feared him and the mask
It was a part of him but they still ran.
He was not bitter, and instead took on a task
That only an outcast such as him can.

He worked his way up the ranks
Each year proving his worth
Reluctantly, the others gave their thanks
He had not felt this accepted since birth

But all was not well for the storm-born,
He saved them but was not given his right
He was met only with hate and scorn
Everyday was a struggle and a fight.

He lives in the shadows now,
This blood bay phantom of the night
Still however he must keep his vow
In the hopes that one day he will be their knight.

Personality: Kuroi Ryuu is a mysterious, shy being. Most say he is just a myth that doesn't exist, but to the very few he has gown himself to, they know a different stallion. Kouroi Ryuu is a protective soul that will protect those with his life. He is a guardian of sorts and rarely let's intruders into his territory. But to foals and mares, he is a charming and fun loving stallion who loves life. All in all, Ryuu is a mystery.
