Short Personality: As a foal, Bifrost was a loner of a horse, keeping to himself mostly, hanging out by his dam's side and later his own little corner of the pasture. He didn't socialize with other horses or humans much- though he wasn't mean, he was just rather quiet and almost unhappy, heavy with sorrow. No one knew why he was like that, but he lacked that "fire" in his eyes that the other members of his breed possess. No one knew how to help the sullen horse, until fate came along to do the trick. One early morning, a storm moved in, spooking the herd of Fjords, and a carelessly left-open gate allowed them their avenue of escape. Bifrost was left behind, but when he noticed the open gate come dawn, along with the upset humans, he seemed to follow suit and took off.
Imagine the humans' surprise when they gave chase a few hours later to find all the missing horses, herded into place by none other than the sad little Fjord. Bifrost had cantered all over the rugged landscape surrounding the Norweigan farm and had rounded up every missing equine.
Bifrost has found his passion in life, being a leader and exploring the lands around his home-barn. He is self-assured in his role as the leader of his pasture-mates, but he's not snooty or very stubborn, unless he knows that something is dangerous, in which case he will go against you. He is friendly with humans he likes, but calm around strangers. Sometimes he can still be seen standing in a corner, looking at the mountains, spending time by himself, but with one big difference- He's not unhappy now. He has the fire in his eyes.
What is it like to ride him/her?: Bifrost is a fairly good ride, though he can be a bit slow or not confident in the ring. He really shines out on the trails or open fields of free riding- give him his rein and he'll take you anywhere. This means that he does very well with trail riding and endurance racing, as he is a sturdy, determined little guy who loves being out in the wilds.
Show me a picture of a Fjord horse(can be any colour):Nice mix of color no? :3Any suggestions for the next horses?: A Marwari Horse would be awesome! With curved ears and a fine face!
