Picture:North and Baltic- This is a spot where the North and Baltic seas meet but don't mix- Riga loves leaping and diving between the two, watching the difference in light.
Personality: Riga is a complicated stallion. He spends time by himself, but he's charmismatic when around other Guardians. He dislikes passionate beings, but he himself can be quite passionate on topics he likes, or a Guardian he admires. He likes to get under other's skin, try to puzzle them out, and figure out how their mind works. He's kind towards young ones, but can be rude to elders. He's fiercely protective but mellow most of the time. He's basically made up of contradictions- is it any wonder this is his favorite place?
