Oh wow, awesome sighthound design! I recognized the dog from the thumbnail pic on the forum link! I have seen one other amazing sighthound inspired species, but it turned out to be unintentional. With the photos on this though, I know this is definitely based on my favorite type of dog! (I've made martingale collars for about 10 years, though lately on hiatus.)

Yep, you're right! These are based on sighthounds. I just love sighthounds so much, they're my favorite type of dog too <3 I actually have three longharied whippets and my family breeds and shows them. (not in AKC though: they're not currently accepted by them :/) My mom and I make martingale collars occasionally too. (and some lure-coursing slip collars) The dog in my siggy is my LHW Journey c:
