This dragon has a black pearl.
Black pearls give to the dragon a special power to bring back the dead.

History (optional): "Are you sure?" I asked her. I was so nervous. "Of course," she said. "You can do this, just believe in yourself." She is so kind to me. Her finding me when I was just a hatchling, raising me. Now I just needed to trust myself. "Would you like me to sing something? To calm you down?" she asked. "Yes please. The sad, lonely one," said smiling. "Alright." She took a breath. "Child of the wilderness, born into emptiness. Learn to be lonely, learn to find your way in darkness." As she sang this, I climbed to the building's ledge. I looked down at the drive of the opera house. It was so beautiful at night. All the candles lit, and the ornate coaches coming to see the matinees. I extented my wings, and jumped.
Why do you want this dragon?: He is a very beautiful dragon, and I would be honored to own him.
Signed, your obedient servant,

Why do you want this dragon?
He's just absolutely gorgeous! I wanted him at first sight. I thought this was a really cool species so I decided to get one and out of all the PTDs that are up for adoption, this one is my definitely favorite.

WIP,I will definitely finish this up,but I've been working on this form and Keshi's all afternoon!

Oh,and if my form still says 'WIP' by judging time,please don't count me out of the judging.
Also,sorry for his form being bad so far,I've been working on Keshi's all day! So please look at Keshi's history for a little bit of his history if his history is really crummy by judging.

Username:
Dragon's gender:
Male
Dragon's name:
Runaway.
He was first named Rebel by his mother for his rebellious rebellious attitude. At a young age he ran away,renaming himself Runaway.

History (optional):
Runaway was born without a name. But when his mother got little tid bits of his personality she named him Rebel. As he grew he became more and more rebellious to his harsh parents.They abused him,giving him scars,and used him as their personal servant. His life made him angry,and deep inside depressed. So he trained,getting stronger,emotionally and physically. He stopped talking,didn't answer his parents,which equalled more abuse.He learned important survival techniques and much more,all because he was going to run a way. It was winter,a squall,with dark cloud and a blizzard came. He decided to leave in all the chaos. He looked at his reflection in a puddle before leaving and decided to call himself Runaway.He took off through the forest,keeping survival skills in mind. His main objective was to stay alive. He didn't need the help of anyone. Not his parents. No,not anyone.But deep inside him,a fear grew. It slowly began to consume him over his days alone.His vow of not needing anyone faded as he tried to find a friend. He was beginning to get skinny even after all that training. He could make out his bones through the snow from the nonstop blizzard that settled on his pelt.He knew he shouldn't just sit around,he took action to finding someone,as it was in his nature to never give up. But he knew for sure he would never return to his parents. No. NEVER. After a day's work of trying to find a friend he would always sit down and ponder about his pearls. The only time his father or mother had a gentle tone,it was always talking about his pearls. The powers they held. He tried to figure it out every day. He went out hunting once,and killed a rabbit. But he couldn't bear to see the way it suffered. He turned to look away. Then it happened naturally. His pearls brought the rabbit back to life. He turned,astonished,and watched as the rabbit skittered away. After that he wanted to help every dead thing. So he took to finding friend more seriously than before. He soon found a hollow tree in the forest and cautiously entered.
"Hello?"
He breathed. A majestic,well aged white mountain lion stepped forward.
"Hello friend,I can see your bones,and the hunger in your eyes.I know what you want,I can tell. A friend, someone to help you. You are welcome here. This is a place for young lost,or abandoned creatures. I shall explain it to you but first,I am the head of this place,White. I have lived for thousands of years,and I started this place to help youngins' like you."
Runaway was amazed at how much the lion already knew about him,and the fact that he was standing before something ancient.
"Hello..."
Runaways voice quavered,grew stronger.
"My name is Runaway. I would be honored to join this place. I need help. My parents abused me-"
"I can see the scar the red scar around your eye,I am sorry."
White interrupted. Runaway dipped his head.
"I was named Rebel by my mother but when I ran away I renamed myself Runaway. I just had to get away from them. If it's any use to you I have powers to raise the dead."
Suddenly it hit Runaway as it came out of his mouth. Why his parents spoke gently about his powers. They knew what they did. They wanted to use him once more,so when they died he could resurrect them. No. Anger flooded through him.
"I can see that you have that power,as you are a pearl tailed dragon. I think powers go accordingly to the colors of your pearl. Yes..that's right. Black raises the dead...pink can help anything grow...red...controls fire and will not be burned..blue..can survive underwater for a fair amount of time...green can speak to plants and trees,and yellow..rare...are said to be wise can light the dark. I think that's how powers go."
Runaway stared at White.
"Thank you for that information."
He dipped his head,deep in though about all those powers.
"Do you have any other of my kind?"
He was eager to meet another dragon with powers.
"No,I'm sorry."
White answered,looking sympathetic.
"Let me send you Eli the badger to fing you some quarters."
White said.
"Eli."
White said it so softly it was almost a whisper.Runaway was astonished when a very,very young tubby badger waddled in.
'Yes sir?"
Eli's child like voice filled the tree.
"Take him to a nice place."
White.
"Oh boy a new member!"
Runaway heard Eli squeal under his breath.
"I will sir,thank you for the privilege of taking this new dragon friend to his place."
Eli dipped his head and waddled out with a bounce in his get a long.
"Thank you White."
Runaway dipped his head and turned.
"Come on we don't have all day you know!"
Eli poked his head through the entrance. Runaway could tell his command sounded mean,but had the excitement of having a new friend in it.He just couldn't wait to hear about Runaway. White gave Eli a stern,yet amused look.
"Heh,going. Come, Runner"
Eli looked embarrassed as he waddled out. I already have a nickname,Runaway thought as he cherished the new nickname 'Runner'.
~~~
"So we have cool armor we find?"
Runaway was already excited. Eli was a good explainer,he told all about the place. It sounded splendid.
"Yep,"
Eli bounced as he answered.
"We find it after we learn how to fight.It's so amazing how it's already there,just for you,alone in a hollow tree,The Armor Tree it's called. White uses magic to get the armor there and make it."
Eli informed.
"I already know how to fight,because,you know, trained."
Runaway felt pride as he stated his talents.
"Go check the tree,right over there. White knows if you can fight,your armor might be there."
Eli looked excited for his friend.
"I still haven't eve gotten my armor yet."
Eli called after Runaway. Runaway came to a pond with a huge,hollow weeping standing on an island in the mist of a waterfall.
Runaway entered and saw something there. Armor. It had to be his. Black pearls decorated the silver-black armor. The pearls looked as if they held a reflection of the moon. He hauled it out of the tree. Eli bounced up and down.
" 'Grats."
Eli said as they continued. Runaway was silently overjoyed. Eli led hi to his new home,an underground place that had been fortified with wood. Small tunnels branched out. It was dark,but he could see. He looked up. He could see because of the magical,warm glow of a dome, possessing the feel and look of warm sunlight. A mound of leaves and moss sat in a corner.
"Sleeping,tunnel to the underground river,a lt more.."
Eli explained the place to him.
"If we ever get another guy/gal like you they'll sleep in here too."
The thought excited Runaway. He would have a bud. A nice guy to share this place with him. To discuss powers with.
"I'll leave you be."
Eli said.
"Wait!"
Runaway said.
"Explain to me everything."
Runaway pleaded. Eli turned,happy to.
~~~
Runaway learned the ways of the place. He grew there fought enemies of the place with his armor,which was getting a lot of use and attention,hunt,made friends,everything. Then one day Runaway was called by White. A dragon like him had arrived. Runaway dashed to the hollow tree. I will have a new friend,someone with powers,yes! He skidded to a halt and regained his cool before stepping in. Runaway was at first a little down that it was a female,but he got right back up. He puffed out his chest ever so slightly. He dipped his head as White spoke,not paying attention,just thinking. Come one Runaway,pay attention,he thought.But as he flashed a quichk glance at her their eyes met.He looked away. He started to pat attention. But his eyes trailed to her again. Beautiful. WHAT?! He scolded himself in his mind,I can go wandering around like a lovestruck fool. Or can I? He shook his head and listened. She was orphaned and abused. That snapped him back into thought. Just like me.
"Well,you best be on your way you two. It's sunset. Take her to your-or both of your's place and bed her down,help her through any emotions,you know."
White instructed. Eli stumbled out.
"Bye."
He called as he waddled out on his badger legs. White slunk off to his sleeping place in the tree. Runaway had a feeling that she would help him through his emotions too,they had never gone away.Even with all that love from everyone.
"My name's Keshi,White never stated my name."
She told Runaway.
"Y'know mine...Runaway...I ran away from my parents..they abused me."
He winced as he finished the sentence,hoping it wouldn't stir bad memories of her's.
"I can see the scar."
She looked sympathetic. They paused and looked at each other. Both young,scarred,and bony. Both shared powers. He could discuss powers with someone now!
"Do you know your powers? Mine are bringing back the dead."
Runaway asked.
"No. White wants me to find them out myself."
Keshi answered.
"I'd tell you,but I can't recall the conversation with White where he stated the color code and powers...sorry. It was the first day I was here."
Runaway answered. They reached the den without talking anymore. Runaway explained everything with rich detail,relaying stories and everything. Keshi looked amazed. They fell to sleep,and Runaway kept an ear towards her,even though his eyes were closed. He couldn't go to sleep. Thoughts were racking his mind,and he wanted to make sure she was okay. What was that he felt today?
Love?
~~~
Runner woke and dashed out of the den through the tunnel.He stretched in the warm sunlight and yawned. He then realized that he had completely forgotten about Keshi.He quietly sauntered back in to check on her.He decided to go gather some berries for her and him to share for a breakfast. He padded through the forest,for the first time since he'd been here,the chain attached to his back leg his parents used to keep him as their slave rattled louder than he ever knew it did. He turned and looked at it. He was forever trapped.He suddenly realized all of his objects told a dark story. He shook his head to clear his dark thoughts. He needed to find berries. He found a blackberry bush and picked tons of the black sweets from the bush. He suddenly heard an agonized cry from a crow. Nearby. A black streak shot across the sky. It was going down. He assumed it was the crow and padded forward. The crow was wiggling on the ground. Death. Runaway thought. But he wanted to help the crow. Summoning his powers he brought it back. He felt a dark fire growing inside him and he shivered. He had only used his powers twice in his life and when he did they left him shaking. He needed practice. The crow stood and teetered but slowly spoke.
"Thank you friend,I wish to stay with you as a pet if I may,I'm in your gratitude. I will be your slave."
Pet...that was quick.
"I'll consider that,but I know one thing,I would never keep anyone as a slave,as I once was."
Runaway answered.
"You don't owe me anything,but I have always wanted a pet..father said they were just a waste of food and mother never let me have one..."
Runaway's words carried him to distant memories.
"Come crow friend,join me for a meal with my friend."
~~~
Runaway returned to the den and got down in Keshi's face.
"Rise and shine."
He used words he had never heard in his childhood.
Keshi opened her eyes and stretched.
"I've never heard those words before."
She eyed the blackberries.
"Wonderful,I love berries."
She said as she rose from the mossy nest. The meal was silent.But Keshi broke the silence.
"I'd like to train my powers."
She said.
"Actually,I'd like to practice mine."
Runaway.
"We should go now,were all finished,Crow you can come too I guess."
Said Keshi.
"I wish I had an idea what my powers were,there could be so many!"
Keshi moaned.
"Well,let's take off."
Runaway said,as he stood up. Crow rode on his shoulders with Keshi following close behind. They picked a mossy clearing to start the training.
"I have an idea about Keshi's power."
Crow squawked.
"What,what!?"
Keshi bounced up and down,an eager flame in her eyes.
"You see,pink always reminds me of new life,maybe you can help things grow."
Crow looked curious,and eager to test his hypothesis.
She sat by a wilted flower blossom,not fully grown,but dead.
"Runaway,you could use your powers to resurrect this bloom,and I could try to help it grow."
Without speaking,Runaway bent and reached deep inside. His senses sharpened,and a dark flame greeted him. He tried and he felt the flame,growing,growing,it felt as if the flames blasted out of his eyes,his nostrils. It hit him. The flame grew,and grew,with a blast. He shakily opened his eyes. The bloom sat,not dead. Keshi gave a smile at him.
"Go Keshi,go!"
Crow encouraged. Keshi screwed up her face,eyes squinted shut,nostrils flaring. Something bizarre happened. Runaway felt a snap deep inside,it seemed to raise the fire,still trying to be put out inside him. Keshi stared at him.Had she felt it too? She tried again. The flower grew,shrunk. Keshi cried in out frustration. Runaway wondered,had they connected,causing a snap,maybe because their powers were blazing at the same time?
~~~
They spent the afternoon encouraging each other. Now Crow had gone and Keshi laid sprawled out before a different bloom. She squinted and shook her head.
"No go."
She put her head between her paws. Runaway walked over and stood above her. She looked up at him,eyes lost of hope. He bent over her back and stared at the flower.
"Try again."
He told her.
"Reach deep into your senses,breathe,breathe."
She followed his instructions. She squinted and panted,and Runaway buried his head in her fur. Believe it or not,they had grown together in the hours they had spent here. They laughed at each other,shared childhood tales of sadness and told their life story at a mid-day meal break,and maybe even flirted a tiny bit. His feelings for her were coming on strong,even though this was the second day with her,he knew her inside out. Before his eyes, the bloom grew. Keshi shuddered before opening one eye. She grew less tense.She blinked and opened two eyes,astonished.
"Do my eyes deceive me?"
Her mouth twitched into a smile.
"I did it!"
"But I'm beat,I quit for the day."
Her brief moment of pure joy faded as she flopped down before the flower,pondering it,with a laugh. Runaway took her to find a dead something,as he wanted to practice one more time. They found a dead dog and it came on. This time very strong. He shuddered and summoned the fire it grew and grew,and the dog rose. He lost his breath,he couldn't breathe. The dog stared at him then skittered off.Keshi led him to a stream to drink. She comforted him,and he felt the flame go down,replaced by something else,love.Keshi nuzzled him with her muzzle and got rid of his shudders.
Love. Runaway felt like a moonstruck rabbit.
Why do you want this dragon?
I saw him,and it was just...a story immediately popped into my head.I'd love this guy so much. I'm trying to get him a mate too. As in Keshi. I saw him and they immediately went perfect together.
Link to her form(There's some tid bits thet both share in history that I might've not put in here.)-
Dragon's gender: Male
Dragon's name: Anobrian (Uh-NO-bree-un), Brian for short
History (optional): Brian was born to a family of kind, generous dragons. He spent his first couple of weeks with his loving parents, before a cruel, power-hungry female crept into their territory and stole him. She was barren, unable to bear children, and planned to use him to continue her ways of black magic and murder. He resisted her attempts to corrupt him until she started to punish him for refusing. Finally he gave in, and she eventually used him to attack Brangwen and Morai, her parents. When he refused to kill them, she killed him. A powerful spirit came to him and granted him life, as well as the power to bring back the innocent that evil killed. She also gave him the mark of the eye on his flank, for him to see when a death was not deserved.
Why do you want this dragon? I love the darkness of him. It's so unique and he is very inspiring. I'm a writer, and his design alone already gives me ideas xD
Dragon's gender: Male
Dragon's name: Kage
History (optional):
Kage used to be very playful as a child. he loved to help people out, get in trouble like all brats, and just relax sometimes too...
But when he was 7, his village was attacked.
--
It was raining and the sky was a dark gray- as if the gods themselves were angry. I looked around quickly, horrified as many screams and hows assaulted my ears.
"RUN!" Tsuki screamed. he had been my best friend, so of course I wanted to listen, but what do you do when your best friend is holding off about 5 other dragons?
Tsuki was buff. he was very large and tall with porcelain while scaled and lavender eyes that turned blood red when he was angry.
I on the other hand was never very strong, weak per say. I've always been thin, slender, almost feminine in ways.
Onyx black scales and raven fur framed my body.
"Beautiful" as my mom used to say before she passed away leaving me with my father.
No one ever really expected me to get my claws dirty either, but it's not like I wanted to be like that- I wanted to help! I wanted to jump in and save the day like Tsuki had always done for me! We were like brothers- I loved him like a brother! Yet here I was, thinking over whether I should listen and run and save myself, or go back and try and help. Keyword: try and help.
I never took training seriously either- I mean, everyone always said it was "just in case", so could you really blame me? Of course I regretted it now, but-
"RUN!" Tsuki growled at me again as he lunged at one of the attackers.
He was always the tough one.
Always the one to save me and be there when I needed him.
What was I supposed to do?
Of course I wanted to run and save him at the same time, and of course I knew that just standing there and thinking wasn't going to help, but I seriously doubted that my body would move even if I wanted it to.
I was scared.
No one should ever admit that they're scared.
never.
I was always told that, but I knew it, and Tsuki knew it, and everyone in the village and that was still alive and dead knew it.
I was horrified.
"But, Tsuki-"
"Arghhhh!" He growled again as his crimson eyes glared at me. "RUN KAGE!" He roared while tacking another male. There wasn't any space for argument or denial in his statement.
I was scared...
So I ran.
--
Kage always regretted that.
When he returned to the village a week later, there was nothing left.
Ruins, burning ashes -most likely from the other clans' fire breath-, dead creatures, a thick red liquid everywhere-
I think you get the point.
--
I hated myself.
How could I? How could I run? How could I leave my father, my best friend who I loved like a brother, all my friends, heck- my whole village! How could I leave them to die while I ran?
Well I did.
And I hated it.
The only reason I was able to escape at all was because it was night (since I'm black scaled no one could really see me unless they were actually looking for strays wandering around) and because of Tsuki.
Tsuki.
I hoped he was okay.
Tears pooled in my eyes as I searched.
It was dumb.
I knew it was dumb.
I knew I wouldn't find him...
But I wanted to anyway.
I knew it would just hurt more in the end when I didn't find him, but I wanted to try. I wanted to look, to search for him... for anyone. I wanted to fight- I wanted to have been able to help-
But how could I? I was, well, just me.
However...
What if I could change me?
What if I could train again? What if I could, try? What if I could practice what I could have learned and try some more? what if I learned to fight?
What if I could win?
--
Years passed as Kage trained. He wandered into other villages, learned from stray dragons, trained in forests, leanred self-control...
He learned to fight.
He learned to win.
As he aged, Kage grew stronger, faster, taller, and more mature. He was no longer thin and lanky, but much more toned and tall. His eyes were a golden color and his glare was cold.
His eyes held no life.
After various battles, he even got scars- some that couldn't be removed.
Life scars, physical scars... mental scars...
He had different marking over his body also and new silver scales littered places here and there. Of course, the silver making on his hip was the strangest. He truly didn't why or how it was there, but it appeared.
When he found the pearl.
He had just been training and wandering around the forest when he saw it. At first he just assumed it was onyx or some other black gem, but his still slightly childish curiosity got the better of him so he wandered over to check it out nonetheless.
And it wasn't a gem or stone- but a pearl.
It was beautiful and black with a smooth surface, not a scratch to be seen. As the beautiful dragon admired the small sphere, he even failed to notice as a tiny creature lurked around.
Nothing interesting about it... but... I want it Kage thought. he was a very gracious and graceful dragon. He always put others before him, and always tried his hardest. He was quiet and cool, and very strong too, so why would such a small shiny stone intrest him? he didn't know himself, he was just... drawn to it.
This is foolish! I shouldn't care about a petty stone- the ash-shade dragon scolded himself, but he still couldn't deny it.
He needed the pearl.
"I wouldn't touch that if I were you" a giggly voice sounded from behind causing, causing the shadow dragon to skillfully whip his tail and capture the little beast with one whip.
"And why not?" he asked, a slight growl in his voice. Yes, he was very annoyed at this intruder for bothering him and his little encounter with the marvelous stone.
"Ooh, scary" the little lizard pretended to be scared as another giggle erupted from her throat. She was pure white with lilac eyes that were simply huge making her look much younger than she most likely was.
"And what would a little girl like you know about it anyway?" Kage began again, wishing for the dazzling lizard to hurry up and say what she wanted already.
"Girl? I'm a boy."
Now THIS literally almost causing the usually stoic dragon to widen his eyes.
This tiny lizard with huge eyes and a squeaky voice...
was a boy?
Well, Kage was done with surprises for today.
"Thank you for telling me, but I really must be heading back to my village-" which was a lie considering he really traveled from place to place. "-so if you don't mind, may you please spit it out or shut up?" he growled in annoyance as the sky indeed began to darken.
"Sheesh, who spit in your breakfast this morning?" the annoying albino lizard grumbled before finally begging his (not "her" apparently) little story. "Anyway, that stone is a rare pearl. Many thugs around the world would kill to get it-"
"Then why is it here, sitting on the ground?"
"-DON'T INTERRUPT ME!" the little maggot glared at the much larger and buffer creature before hitting him on the snout lightly.
Kage was very unamused.
"The pearl has brought many tragedies and trouble into creature's lives, so it was decided many years ago that it would be forgotten, destroyed, disposed of!-"
"Then why-" this time a simple glare from the lizard shut Kage up as he rolled his star-drenched eyes and waited for the younger to continue.
"-When it was being destroyed though... The dragon that swore to ruin it lied. He didn't destroy it, he kept it... and brought his loved one back to life"
Black pearls give to the dragon a special power to bring back the dead.
Kage's eyes widened.
This pearl, this small stone that he just happened to find out like a bazillion others- cold bring the dead back to life?
"I was actually very surprised that you found it" the tiny lizard pondered for a moment before staring back at me with familiar purple eyes...
"Wait, so if the guy used it, then how did it end up here in the dirt?" Kage tried to brush off the feeling he had of familiarity, but it didn't seem to want to leave.
"Once you use the pearl, it magically transports to another spot on the planet hoping to find it's next victim"
"Then why did you say; 'The pearl has brought many tragedies and trouble into creature's lives'?"
"Because nothing is perfect..." Kage could swear he saw the albino's eyes flash red for a moment, but when he blinked again they were 'normal', so he once again brushed of the strange feeling of déjà vu.
"... Do you speak from personal experiences...?"
The lizard looked up at kage with the largest eyes in the world almost making the onyx dragon ant to lay down his life for the tiny soul right then and there.
"Lets just say there was once a dragon, like you. He protected his family and friends with all his heart... and that was it, he himself didn't make it... When he passed on, it seems someone he protected didn't want him to leave, so the dragon was brought back down here, to this planet... but... He never actually found out who the person was considering he lost all of his memory... Eventually though, that person seemed to recognize him, and explained what happened. It all began to make to the used-to-be-dragon, because it was true. He had no memory of his life before, and one day he just woke up. No family, no memories of his childhood, nothing. he just woke up and was an adult liz-... creature..."
Kage wasn't a naive dragon. Once the clues were laid down before him, he could figure things out very quickly.
"Hey, you're name... wouldn't happen to be..."
"Tsuki, and yours?"
"... Kage..."
"Hmm, that sounds familiar" The albino lizard mused over for a few moments, but just gave up in the end with a sheepish laugh.
Kage didn't like this.
He didn't like this one bit.
No one should have to go through that.
Tsuki was his best friend- his best friend.
They had been together as long as Kage could remember- then one day he just dies... Then like 10 years later... he finds him.
His brother, his family, his protector, his rival, his playmate, his shield, his... friend.
And Tsuki couldn't remember it.
"Whatever" Kage sighed, a puff of blue fire rolling out as he carefully flipped his tail back and placed the tiny reptile down.
He froze when he looked behind him though.
There were strange silver markings in his hip. It was reminded him... of an eye.
"And eye..." He muttered.
"You're eye?" Tsuki misheard. "Yeah, i was wondering what those markings meant under you eye"
"Marking on my.." Kage's eyebrows furrowed in confusion. There weren't silver markings under his eye... right?
"That's... strange"
What was going on?
"What, they weren't there before?" Tsuki asked, his eyes scanning the marking too.
"Of course not" Kage hissed, his confusion and annoyance rising. "I'm so not it the mood for this" he let out another puff of blue flames as he sighed and stood up straight, straightening his long neck and stretching his agile body. "I'd better sleep on it" the dragon used his better judgment and began walking back towards where he came. Hopefully there would still be a place for him or a cave nearby...
"Can I come?" Tsuki asked as he recklessly hopped on Kage's back as if he were a horse.
"No"
"Why not?~" The lonely reptilian whined.
"Because you'll only get in the way Tsuki" Kage rolled his eyes. The name felt comfortable on his tongue.
His friend wasn't dead.
"What if I... Ugh... go into a different form? Then maybe I'll be of some help!" Tsuki decided for himself as he leapt off the (now) elder dragon and quickly changed form...
Into an albino dragon with porcelain scales and lilac eyes that could be found no other.
But he was... well... Tiny.
About the size of a tiger or lion at most.
"You think that form will help you?" Kage rolled his eyes. Okay, maybe he liked being the superior of Tsuki a little bit, but still. He didn't want to cause his old friend anymore harm...
"But it's cold, and I'm lonely~ All I did up until now was sleep, eat, and... err, go to the bathroom I guess" Tsuki laughed sheepishly, still in his small dragon form.
Kage, being used to his friend's whining, simply brushed the (now) younger off with a dominant flick of his tail.
Tsuki's eyes flickered red as he angrily shot out his signature black fire (which contradicted with his white and innocent appearance) which clearly missed his target- on purpose though.
yes Tsuki had only met the black dragon, but he had the urge to protect him. Which was strange considering he was much smaller and barely knew the guy, but the feeling was there, so he decided to accept it for now.
"Please?" He asked one more time, but this time his voice was much smaller, a lot more like a whimper than a demand or question.
Kage stopped dead in his tracks as he looked back at the smaller dragon. He looked so... defenseless.
Kage had trained for so long to be able to protect his best friend. he had trained so hard with so much power so that he could be there when Tsuki needed him instead of running away...
"Fine" Kage muttered, only to once again be happily pounced on by the smaller dragon.
Why do you want this dragon?: I really love these guys and dragons have always been a luff-luff for me (that's common though since they're all super coolio), so when I saw this awesome dude I went "Crap, too bad I couldn't get him. He's so cool..." *pets computer screen* But then when I clicked on it, it said it wasn't adopted so I literally like wanted to flip the table (but that would ruin the computer so I refrained and began to type this form)
So yeah, anyway, I really love this and I hope that I'll get a crack at it ;3
Dragon's gender:
{ Male }
Dragon's name:
{ Salvator Mortuorum }
I have decided that I will call this dragon Salvator Mortuorum as it is Latin for "Savior of the dead" and I think it has a rather nice ring to it.
History (optional):
{ The Purpose of your Power }
Salvator looked upon the empty ruins of what had once been his home. It had been destroyed by a great storm which had come and wiped out every living thing within his plane of life. He could not contain his cries of anguish for the family and friends he had so dearly loved and and called out each of their names into the ever deepening darkness. His howls reached all through the land and he felt a feeling go though him as his cries ceased into nonexistence.
He then looked over to his black orb which he had no idea the power it possessed as it began to glow, it wasn't bright and only noticeable because it seemed to be even darker than the pitch blackness that surrounded him. He then looked upon the plane which had been destroyed and saw to his great disbelief, all the ones whose names he had called standing before him. They weren't fully there, just shimmering images of them all smiling up at him.
The spirit of his mother was the first to speak as she began walking towards him. "Salvator, my son." She said gently in her sweet as candy voice. "Know that we do not blame you for your living, we love you always, and have even before this." Salvator nearly broke into tears, the only reason he had survived was because he had broken away from his family to live on his own and his very last words to them had been "I hate you all! May your life be taken by the winds and sealed within the gates of hades!" He had then ran away and left them all within the forsaken runes they had died in. "But how could you love me when I left you all to die? When I wished your deaths upon you?" The black pearl tailed dragon asked as one by one each of his family came up to him. "We love you because all of this was meant to happen, it was the only way for you to discover your gift." His mother stated simply to him. "What gift could I possibly have that was this important!" Salvator asked, his anguish returning to his voice. "Salvator, you are the savior of the dead, the only one who can help them." Salavtor stared at his mother as if she had gone mad. "But-" "No buts Salvator, you must continue to train your power until it is as strong as it can be, you must not be guilty and force the dead to stay with you upon this land, you must help them to find their true purposes and lead them into the after life with peace on their minds. "Mother I-" Began Salvator, before he could finish however, his mother disappeared into a vapory mist and his orb stopped admitting it's darker-than-the-darkness light. "-love you..."
Salvator turned and left the forgotten runes of what had once been his home and began to travel on his path to help the dead on their way, to give them new life without giving them a new life.
Why do you want this dragon?:
{ I want this dragon because I feel like there is so much I could do with him, his looks suggest that he is strong and noble but also carries the heavy weight of guilt upon his shoulders. He looks as if he is very powerful and wise as well and I think he would make a great companion to have by your side if you were to travel along with him. Another reason why I wish to possess him is because the story I have already made for him within my head are overwhelming and he looks as if he would be loyal to me until the very end, which I would never ever let him die. }
