What is a Jellybean Dragon?
A Jellybean Dragon is a fluffy, friendly dragon that hatches from a jellybean-like egg. Their diet consists of fruits and insects, but they also love sweets and desserts. Their fur is soft and long, usually brightly colored and it's always neat and shiny. Jellybean Dragons are gentle and happy, and love attention. Most are Great Dane-sized when they are fully grown, but some of them can grow as big as a cow. All Jellybean Dragons have pouches on their bellies, which they use to carry around food or younger JBDs.

This guy is for adoption. I really love him, so you're going to have to try hard to get him.

Story:
As i walked through the meadows i came upon a forest. I debated going back, but i had always been one for adventure, and these woods looked particularly curious. Call it intuition or something like spidey senses, but somehow i knew that somehow my life had been changed as soon as i stepped foot into those trees.

As i walked i noticed that the forest wasn't as eerie the further you went in, and i wondered what i'd find as i wondered about. As i walked deeper, i noticed the sound of faint footfalls all around me. I hadn't thought much of it, as i was in a strange place, but these seemed to almost be following me.

I raised an eyebrow, trying to inconspicuously turn to look behind me. I didn't want to let who or whatever was out there know i was afraid, so i squared my shoulders and put my hands on my hips in a bold move that could have been stupid had that creature been something vicious, yet i knew somewhere deep down that i'd be fine. 'I can hear you, ya know. I know you're following me' I tried to reason with whatever unknown thing was just beyond the brush. Suddenly a head popped out of a bushel of some berries and i jumped slightly, eyes taking in the sight before me as i tried to figure out what now faced me.

It didn't seem dangerous, but i knew from previous encounters and through observations that looking and being were two completely different things. Then, as soon as the face had appeared, it disappeared again and i heard the little squeaks of the whatever it was. It seemed to be conversing, as if humans did. I pondered what to do for a moment, ears and eyes trained on the bushel of berries in caution and curiosity.

After a while, I crept closer as stealthily as possible and peaked over the bushes, noticing that i had mistaken my follower to be alone. No, what i saw astounded and amazed me. There, sitting together casually were a couple little creatures, who seemed to be talking in a hushed manner. I listened closely and noticed that i could understand what their words meant. This was a strange revelation for me, as i hadn't studied any other languages in school. I listened carefully. They seemed to be talking about what would happen if i was bad. They'd been taught to stay away from humans, but the little green one i felt a pull to confessed that he found me more interesting than other human-folk had been.

Upon studying the creatures, i observed that they looked like fluffy dragons. As i watched them, i didn't notice that i'd been discovered snooping. Finally, my eyes were brought up to their faces, only to find them trained on myself. I let out a tiny gasp as i noticed how adorable they looked. 'What are you?!' i asked curiously, arching an eyebrow. They looked between eachother in an unspoken conversation and then the older-looking one nodded slightly as if in permission. The little green one walked up and told me i'd better sit down, which i did, glad to get off my feet after such a long hike.

The creature explained what they were, Jelly Bean Dragons, and told me how he felt the pull to me as i did to him. It was a mutual feeling and after talking for what seemed like forever, we both decided that the JBD wanted to be mine. I would not own him, like i would a dog or cat, but he would be a companion. I asked if he liked the name Melon, and he nodded his agreement, glad to have his own human as some of the others had found in the recent past. We talked some more before we went home and i've had my wonderful JBD ever since. I never regretted my choices, and i was so glad that i'd decided to go into that deep forest that fateful Summer day.

Melo is an all around fun and lovely JBD. He loves to play around, and always helps those in need. He keeps a positive outlook in like, and never looks down on anybody. His hobbies include Swimming, dancing, playing video games, and listening to music. He also likes to sketch, and hang out with close friends. He is often found snacking on watermelons or candy. Melo's may seem a tad shy at first glance, but as you get to know him, he opens up and becomes a social JBD.

He loves playing with his owner. And he loves tv also! Thats all i can think of.

When he was a baby he was ran over by a car! Some vet took care of him. But, he had little chance
of surviveing!


Then some one took him in and took good care of him!!
