There are only three other birds? Well here's another to boost their numbers^^
I'm pretty satisfied with her/him I think^^
I used no grey-black tints on the feathers; just plain saturated c o l o r ! The beak and feet are a little subdued, but not too much :3

Painted Pawz and WolfChan, you two were so close, it was almost dead even.
There wasn't a single day that I didn't agonize over who should be the winner, but today I just.... anyway:
After a looooong judging process, here's the winner!

After my favorite character in the first manga I ever read. His name was Sora, sadly, he got killed off. He still remained my favorite character till the end though, and I always thought him as a very couragable character, and so, thats why I'm naming him Sora ^^

Where it will be used::
Ah, so you wish to know while Sir Jay must come to the kingdom? Well, he is the only one who can find the princess, Madam Lucy, and return her to the kingdom. It is the only way that balance may be restored, and peace may rest on the kingdom once more.
Out of the kingdom, a fair user named Billybobjoe awaits for a bird. A bird of the gracious colors and patterns that she has seemed for months, perhaps even a year. She will only be please when the wonderful bird may come to her, her noble fursona Spark, And Madam Lucy's aid. Only he can find the trio and return them onto the path the correct path. And only he can assue his brother of safety.
Sir Jay as he wishes to be called, will venture through the great world of CS, dabbling in certain areas such as 'Share your Stories', 'Animal Roleplays Fantasy/Fandom', given two homes, one in my dear signature as an aid to my good dog Spark, and another in my character thread made by others. Outside of noble CS, he will find herself in saved stories. But CS shall be his one and only home.

In French, it's another term for 'blue.' Simple, yes, but I like the name. He is a French bird, after all. xD

Character Gender:
Male; I've pondered for a while on whether he should be male or female, but I've decided that the character I'd like to shape him into fits male better.

Where it will be used:
Well... in my soon to be character thread, which is a work in progress, so I cannot show it to you. I'll probably find a way to incorporate him into stories, as well. x3 I'd like to find a nice RP for him, and if I can't.... well, I'll do a 1 on 1 with a friend. x] I'll probably find a mate for him, but only maybe. It might happen in my RP story, a story that I create that is based on the RP. I might have a few short stories, and he'll be incorporated in a few othr stories as well. I'll defiantly draw him... and order art of him. :}

About Ciel:
Ciel is a very interesting bird. He's French, as you might have picked up from what I've written above. He's very playful and energetic, often flying down to hit your shoulder or bite your ear softly. However, I don't plan on using him too much with humans. x] He'll probably be the companion to another character of mine, meaning, their best friends. Or a friends character. Or something. xD Anyhow, he's kind and pretty caring, but can be fierce if needed. He, however, like anything else, does have a bad side. He tends to get a bit short-tempered sometimes, easily frustrated by the simplest of things. When he's frustrated or angry, he usually becomes silent and reserved, secluding himself somewhere away from the world. He is.... a bit strong-willed, you could say? xD He's determined and competitive, but that can sometimes go over board into the 'lets-do-it-my-way thing.
Being French, he cannot resist but be a flirt. He can be charming.... when he wants to be. x} Although his attitude and life do seem a bit energetic and fast-paced, he still likes to take some time to smell the flowers. He likes to occasionally sit and just watch things, observe what people do and how they do them.
Ciel really enjoys the beach and warm weather. He's frequently called a 'Florida bird', and with good reason, too. Often you can find him enjoying warmer weather, bathing in the welcoming sun.
