Relationship with cats..: (Narrated by Esmae herself) "H-hello! I'm Esmae..and I didn't always like cats. When I was just a little girl they scared me senseless! I remember my neighbors had a cat and we had a dog at the time. My fear of cats started back then."Pauses to remember. "I remember playing in the backyard and noticed the cat watching us from the fence..I went over to pet it. It seemed to like me at first before it clawed up my arm..!...But I don't think it was on purpose..that silly dog did spook the cat a 'lil...okay, a lot! Ever since then, I was always afraid. 10 years later, I remember walkin' back home after work. I usually take the alley short cut. While walking, I noticed a tiny scrap of fur. It was a kitten and it looked sick and hungry.That's suddenly when I knew not all cats were vicious. I took the kitten home, and named him Thomson..he's my best friend."

Its relationship with cats: she loves cats. she has a small kitten at home named rosco. they are best friends. she found him in an alleyway and adopted him and nursed him back to heath. she is planning to get another cat in the future.

Her Story:

So, your probably thinking, "she likes cats." Well, I do like cats. But not in the way your thinking. Most just like cats for being cats. As pets, or companions. But I like cats, because that one saved my life.

It was 2:00 am. My cat was worried. For some reason, she was in a state of caution. Something was wrong.
What was happening was my mom had left the oven on, with biscuits inside. The biscuits had set on fire, but were contained in the oven. However, the pressure popped the oven doer open, and the fire spread. It reached my room first.
My cat meowed like a siren to warn me, but me, being the deep sleeper I am, couldn't hear her. My cat got frantic and came over to me, and bit my nose. I immediately woke up, and I looked to see the fire was already on the lower side of my blanket.
My cat beckoned me off my bed and lead me outside.
