I'm thinking of trying to make a jumpers association. What's the thing with ordering horses for it? Are you supposed to give or auction them to the players in your Association?

Associations are encouraged to submit a form once a week -- maximum -- requesting for a horse to be made that is in line with the purpose of that association ^^ The horse can be pre-registered if the association is willing to pay those fees and the horse will be noted as being sponsored by the association that requested it, but the horse is still up for public adoption to ensure that everyone has a fair shot c:
