After countless rereads, I believe I have decided on a winner!
But first, i'm inclined to give some people honorable mentions, since there were SO MANY beautiful forms and stories, I'm just astonished. These are in no particular order!
diamondfox - Dragons, I adore dragons.
The way you expressed the majestic scarlet beast as elegant, and slightly fearsome as dragons should be, was phenomenal. It really brought me into that experience from a first person perspective. Not to mention, I adore the little sketch doodles, they're very cute and the form was just very neatly organized in general.
corgiboots ◇ - A special kind of magic.
I saw many forms with truly out of this world themes, but yours was far more down to earth and I adored it. The way love was basically "tugging at her sleeves" had me in awe, ushering Mogi into the adventure. Love is magical, we don't really know why it happens, but when it does, there's no way to explain it. I love the theme choice and your coding was beautiful.
Roobuzz - Full of character!
I really enjoyed the telling of your story and the way it was initiated, as if I was involved in a conversation. Stories like that really grasp my attention. Woodland stories really get me, and I enjoyed the humor involved, especially with that little twist at the end!
Juliet. - Stars, Stars are just my favourite.
This story was so dreamy, and I loved your art. I really loved the way Fable gained her purple shades, it appears that it could hold deeper meaning then just her healing from her sickness.
Not to mention, your pixels were lovely and so was Amberlilli's art!
Next, a couple of runner ups that I feel certain members for deserve for their lengthly stories and wonderful art.
lord ren
I really enjoyed the depth of your story, adventure was just so fun to read, and the conflicting personalities of Archie and Edward made it even better. In the end, I can tell these two have more than just a surface friendship, and it was just so sweet to read about! Not to mention, the idea of being a potion brewer was unique, in my opinion, for this kalon. Not to mention, the spells at the end were just a pleasure to read! Please PM me with a sunset-like palette so I can design your RU!
rubixilam
I really like the fact that you gave ava a cautious friend to adventure with! Ava's backstory of adventures with Fagan is just really cute, and the art that went along with this story really conveyed the feeling of their interactions! Her hobbies were also very creative, and It was just such a nice form in general! Please PM me with a sunset-like palette so I can design your RU!
Finally, our winner! Congrats to iBrevity on winning Medea!
The quality of your writing for this girl was just unbelievable, as well as the character development and the fluidity of events. I'm still quite enticed by Medea's alluring backstory and Pan's mysterious participation in her upbringing. I also just find it really interesting how the story wasn't about going on a magical adventure, but more or less about integrating herself back into reality.
