Ｏｌｅａｎｄｅｒａ || Well, My name is Oleandera. Many people call me dumb things like,
Dera, Ander, and Lea. I don't hate those names, but I just I don't know.
They don't sound right.I prefer to called by my actual name, or Olea.
My name was based upon a deadly flower,
and had an a added to make it sound more feminine.
I like it I guess. But people that know me think it adds to my 'edge'. *sigh*
Um. Well, I guess you could say that one great quality about myself is I like trying things.
I mean, I don't care what people will think about it, so long as I don't mind it.

that you like to do all the time? Anything special?
Is there a certain thing in your life that you really really enjoy?

Ｏｌｅａｎｄｅｒａ || Oh yes.
Fire is something that I love very much so.
No I'm not some sort of crazy pyromaniac.
I just really like activities involving fire.
I love to sit around the campfire and roast marshmallows yes,
but that's not the only thing I like about fire.
I love the smell it gives off. Its a smokey home sort of scent.
It really comforts me believe it or not. It just smells great.
I also love watching it, the burning flames licking things in it's area.
It just claims everything around it with a fierce burning confidence.
I most enjoy wood burning. I love to make art this way.
Theres this tool with a very hot tip, and they're
like interchangeable right, and you basically burn and image
into the wood. Its the greatest thing ever.
Burning my visions into something like fire burns into the world.

Ｏｌｅａｎｄｅｒａ || Oh I love the freedom of art in general,
but wood burning to me is a lot more fun then simply drawing.
It's taking your drawing to an all new level of beauty.
I feel like I am burning a piece of my into a piece of wood.
Well, that's kinda exactly what I am doing, but its also kinda metaphorical.
As for what I like to burn into the wood itself, well.
Let me just say that I have a slight addiction to making art of flowers.
I don't love flowers, please don't think that.
I just love the different ways you can capture its beauty in different styles.
I also very much so love to make Winnie The Pooh art.
Don't judge, no one can resist that silly ol' bear.

I look for whats in your heart and what makes up you.
I do not look at just what you look like. That's shallow.
I hate it when people are self absorbed. I don't mind if you like yourself,
that's great! But don't be putting yourself before everyone any everything else.
I also love it when someone is willing to flirt all the time,
even after we become a thing. I love the teasing and such.
Also if you can take a joke that's great. I hate it when people can't take a joke,

I play the flute. The instrument held up horizontal to the ground.
The silver one with keys. and one hand on one side and one on the other.
It isn't held vertical, and you don't have both hands on one side.
I just have to make sure you're picturing the right instrument.
Many people seem to think that the flute is a clarinet.
Anyways I play the flute but that's about it. Um...
as for quirks. Does having a fork collection count?

I'm a driven girl, you see, and ever since I was little, and my dad let me cut his hair, i've inspired to become the very best hair stylist there ever was! Perhaps even become famous, and star on shows, and do the hair for fashion shows. Though, I think my first day on the job would be fixing your sad, saggy, updo. --snickers--

Talk Show Host -- --gasps at her rude comment-- How. . .Unlady like! My hair is perfectly fine, and needs no styling, especially from an emotionally unstable teenager. -m- Alright, Octavia, what makes you think you'll actually get into the business of hair styling, and even become famous from it?

Octavia -- You know what, just call me Via, you say my actual name weird. Well, as you can see, I'm a beautiful girl, and i've got brains to back up the beauty! Maybe not book smarts. . .but give me a pair of scissors, and I can fix you up in 10 seconds flat! I've made it my goal to memorize every technique of styling, and - as you can see from my expertly styled hair - I've succeeded in most attempts so far! I can dye hair, sculpt the strands together like an artist does clay, and have you ready for a hot date in seconds. Not many people now-a-days have such talent, am I right?

Talk Show Host -- Via's quite the odd nickname. . .Why would you pick something like that for someone to call you?

Octavia -- Octavia's too mainstream, you see. And though I value my dad's opinion and choice of it all, I don't really like the definition of the word all too much. 'Born Eighth'. Doesn't sound like me, to be honest, and I am an only child, not the 'eighth child'. Via's cooler, and it means traveling through something to get somewhere better. I mean, it's part of the name, is it not? And besides, it fits me much better. Quick, precise and to the point. Much unlike this interview. . .Are we finished yet?

Talk Show Host -- You are just a ball of sunshine, now aren't you? Why are you such a debby downer!?

Octavia -- --scoffs-- I am not! I just happen to speak my mind of the truths I see fit! You know, I could say much worse things. Like the fact that your skirt is about a decade old, and doesn't fit you right, your eyeliner is sloppily applied, and your dead ends are blinding me from the frequent appearances. I am most definitely NOT a 'debby downer'. I'm just an opinionated young adult.

Cas scowls and snorts derisively. "No, it's a city in Moroco, which is in Africa if you can't figure that out. I was born there 15 years ago, in one of the back alleys in the city's underbelly. Didn't stay there too long, as I was adopted by a goody-two-shoes rich couple who brought me here." She crosses her arms. "That's when I took up 'shop. Done fantasizing about Hollywood yet?"

Well No Actually I wasn't- Hey what do you mean by "shop?"
"Metalshop. No don't look at me like that, I know you're about to blurt out 'mechanic' but no. I am a steelsmith. I build cars, sculptures, and... Robots." She smiles for the first time, thinking of her work, before looking down her nose."No, NOT steampunk or tinkering or any little scrapwork like that. I mean welding, with quality materials."

Ooh robots? Tell me about your biggest project!
Her eyes gleam as she remembers. That would be NIA. The biggest and best mechanical beast the world will ever see! I saw her first in a dream, 3 years ago, and have been working on her ever since. So many prototypes, drawings and failures. But this is it. She's coming together. And she is beautiful." She sighs and traces an outline of a bug on the table. "And one day, she will come alive."

"Nah, I know enough to program my stuff to move and walk, but i want something bigger for NIA, an AI if possible. I'm sure when we're ready, I can track down some random sciency computer geek to help me out with that."
