HUGE HUGE HUGE HUGE WIP.

Ｕｓｅｒｎａｍｅ ； My user name is star note. It used to be *shiver* but I changed it just a little while ago to sort of fit my signature, and even myself, a little better. Star note is kind of a creative username because it's two of my favourite things combined! Stars and music! It took me a while to find the perfect combination but I finally ended up with star note because star + music note = star note! But enough about me...

Ｎａｍｅ ；Lana. The name Lana is originally from Germany, meaning "precious". Lana, is usually used as a girl's name and is pronounced La-na. I chose the name Lana for two reasons, one being the fact that Lana is the first name of one of my absolute favourite singers who you can find on you tube here. The other being she truly is Precious! A precious name for a precious JMD of course!
Ｎｉｃｋｎａｍｅｓ； Well, she is frequently call La-dee-da because she seems to live in her own little universe. Other than that? She doesn't really like nicknames.

Ｇｅｎｄｅｒ ； You may have already caught me saying 'her' so yes, she is female. I really can't see her as a guy...you know because of all the purple and the pink? Not that guys can't have pink and purple on them, of course! But she just really seems Feminine to me...

Ａｇｅ ； She is a young adult. A teen. She is 16 in human years to be exact. Her birthday is September 3rd 1997.

Ｊｅｗｅｌ ｃｏｌｏｒ ； A very light yellow. This yellow to be exact: FFFF80. You may think a Yellow jewel doesn't fit, but think again. As you probably know, a yellow jewel allows the JMD to create light. Stars also have the ability to give off light! Stars = light, yellow jewel = light, it all makes sense now right?

Ｅｙｅ ｃｏｌｏｒ ； I think I would make her eyes the same color as the jewel. Just to make the jewels fit in a little tiny bit more.

Ｈａｉｒ ｃｏｌｏｒ ＆ ｓｔｙｌｅ； I thought it would be something like this. {click} In that same picture I showed her jewel, eyes, and her necklace! {If it wasn't clear that picture was a quick sketch by me.

Ａｃｃｅｓｓｏｒｉｅｓ ； She has that star 'Wish' Necklace {Shown in picture above} plus some tail string that wrap around her tail and at both ends there is a star. She also has a string bracelet to match her tail string! The string bracelet also has stars at the end.

Ａｎｙ Ｐｉｅｒｃｉｎｇｓ？； None, other than two studs on both of her ears. She doesn't really believe in piercings and tattoos, why ruin the body you were given naturally? She does exept anyone with them, because she understands others have their opinions too.

Ｐｅｒｓｏｎａｌｉｔｙ ； In school she is labeled 'The Cook' She is always baking because that is what she loves to do. She even owns a bakery! You can also always find Lana in the library with her nose buried in a good cook book, looking for some new recipes. She is very quiet and always focused on her own thoughts. When she is paying attention to others she is a totally fun JMD to be around! She is funny, sometimes crazy and reckless and loves to pull pranks.

Ｈｉｓｔｏｒｙ； Unlike most JMDs, she hasn't had some crazy adventure, or had a bad experience as a child. Nope! Not Lana. Lana had a normal childhood, a happy childhood actually. Lana was, and still is, quite spoiled because her parents are rich chefs. They travel the world to cook, sometimes bringing her with them. Sorry her past isn't as interesting as you probably hoped! I didn't want her to have some crazy past. I wanted to have a normal OC for once. <33

Ｈｏｂｂｉｅｓ； Lana has quite a few hobbies, her biggest being cooking. Cooking is just a natural thing for her because she was brought up by chefs. She's been cooking and baking since day one! You may, or may not, be surprised but Cooking isn't her only hobby. She also loves to travel! She has been all across the world with her family. She has actually been to at least one city in EVERY continent. Lucky, huh!? But it doesn't end there! She loves to spend time with her friends and family as well. Oh! And did I mention she is a complete prankster!? She pranks everyone all the time, when they least expect it. Like this one time she pranked her principal by making him think he went deaf because she told everyone to mouth things to him for a day. She got in serious trouble but she found that it was worth it!

Ｌｉｋｅｓ ＆ Ｄｉｓｌｉｋｅｓ；Lana has her likes and dislikes as any other JMD should. She loves wearing comfortable sweatpants and sweat shirts and dislikes skirts and frilly dresses, though she is NOT a tomboy. she just doesn't like dresses and skirts because she is more modest than that and she feel they show off to much. She also loves pink, purple, blue, white and black. She also really likes feathers and birds for some reason...

Ｈｅｒ Ｆｅａｒｓ；She is afraid of her bakery catching fire. Who wouldn't be? When you have something so precious too wouldn't you be afraid to lose it? She is also afraid of spiders, being the girly girl she is. She does sleep with a lamp on because she is afraid of the dark. That's where her Jewel is really useful!

Ｈｅｒ ｆｌａｗｓ ＆ ｑｕｉｒｋｓ； She has a small burn scar on the inside of her left wrist because she did not treat it properly. Other than that she is a pretty flawless JMD! I mean look at her! Gorgeous right? She only has 1 quirk. She tends to smack her front paws together as if she had flour on them, when she is nervous or has a good baking idea.

Ｈｅｒ Ｄｒｅａｍｓ；She is afraid of her bakery catching fire. Who wouldn't be? When you have something so precious too wouldn't you be afraid to lose it? Ｈｅｒ ｆａｖｏｕｒｉｔｅ ｆｏｏｄ ； Well, Lana loves her fruits and veggies but her favourite snack food would be rainbow cupcakes! She loves making them herself! Rainbow cupcakes can have all sorts of icing and decorations but it is on the inside that is always very colorful. They are actually more simple to make than you think. You just dye tons of mix different colors and put bit by bit of each color into the cupcake mold.

Ｈｅｒ ｆａｖｏｕｒｉｔｅ ｄｒｉｎｋ ； I'd say her favourite drink would be Arizona Iced Tea. She LOVES that stuff and drinks it probably more than she should.

Ｈｅｒ ｆａｖｏｕｒｉｔｅ ｂｏｏｋ ； She doesn't really read much....other than Cook books of course! She also doesn't mind magazines, but cook books are more her style.

Ｈｅｒ ｆａｖｏｕｒｉｔｅ ｍｏｖｉｅ ； Lana is a movie fanatic! She loves all types of movies and does not have a favourite.

Ｂｅｓｔ ｆｒｉｅｎｄ； Her best friend is Cerise.'s Male jewelie, Waterbound.

Ｆｒｉｅｎｄｓ； One of her friends is Amberblaze's female jewelie Ember.

Ｆｉｅｎｄｓ； Lana is a lover of everyone and everything. She rarely dislikes anyone. That is, if you leave her alone when she bakes. If you don't? Well, she'll flip out. She gets very defensive, same with when she offers you something. Anything she bakes is extremely good and gourmet! So trust me, just eat her dang cookies without complaining and you two should get along just fine.

Ｃｒｕｓｈ； I'm not going to rush Lana into a crush or anything right away. She will eventually have a crush though! And possibly a mate and children...But let's let not get ahead of the fact she is 16...woah.But she sort of kind of likes her best friend Waterbound...only a LITTLE bit because she isn't so sure.
Ｂｏｙｆｒｉｅｎｄ/ Ｇｉｒｌｆｒｉｅｎｄ？ She doesn't have a boyfriend yet, like I said I'm not rushing her into anything other than friendships.

Ｈｕｓｂａｎｄ / Ｗｉｆｅ？：For goodness sakes! She is only a teenager!

Ｏｒｉｅｎｔａｔｉｏｎ： Well, she isn't exactly sure. She's a bit confused. But to be honest she doesn't mind because she isn't focused on love just yet. Oh, Other than focused on loving...BAKING!

Ａｒｔ； Sadly, I didn't have time to order art...I'm so so sorry! I barely had enough time to do this form as it is because my mother just had a baby a couple of days ago, I had to go back to school shopping, it has just been a busy month! I'm glad it is all over now though, because if I win her I will now have enough time to get LOTS AND LOTS of art of her no matter the cost and such! I really hope this form is good as is and I hope you can look past the fact that there is no art.
