Xaiver is an FBI agent,who doesn't take his job too lightly.His job is to get into disguises and pretend to be someone to get information,or follow a person.Most of the time,not too hard a task for him.He already acts like a creepy little stalker.

This little pup's name is Gar;she was assigned to Xaiver when he started his job and is one of the few things Xaiver actually cares about.He has to,otherwise the pup would never be fed and would be completely ignored.
A Brief Summary Of His Life/Important Events;;
Xaiver was born into a family of three,just him and his parents.The beginning of his life was a simple one.He had two loving parents,Rosa and Michael.Who's only faults at first were that while they loved their son,they were both air headed in the way of not giving their son the bonding time with them he needed.Xavier was a sweet little one,always apologizing for things,and trying to make others happy.Well,in that,he never really tried making himself happy,and he always acted happy,so one would never know inside he was secretly a scared little thing,wishing desperately for any attention or care.
When little Xav reached the age of eight,he was not all to popular at school--with teachers of course,students not so much.He was bullied constantly,and any friends he had normally only spoke to or hung out with him for a short time before ignoring him completely.He was more or less the goody two shoes teachers pet,which no one really liked too much.He kept going through these cycles,losing his friends.And then eventually...
The bullying and betrayal got to him.He started to snap slowly,as will be explained in his personality, and his class mates and even family started to fear him.He moved out at 18 quick because of his parents fears and they shut off most contact with him at first,then slowly learning more about him are now his two greatest allies.He hates everyone who wronged him,and is a big supporter of anti-bullying,and despises kids who just use others as friends.
Personality;;
Xavier is cold.He does not like to be near others,more likely to want to be home alone,curled up on his couch with a book or something.He normally does not get in any kind of relationship other than enemies,and if he acts like your friend most likely that's him acting for whatever role his job calls him to play.If it's real....oh you would know.He's very overprotective of those he truly loves,his parents for example.
One strange thing about him however,is the fact that he can go from one minute being his normal cold and distant self,to what others deem as "insane" in about three seconds.However,insanity is not the case here.Xaiver is simply using this effect of being insane for fear.It works a lot,when he needs to get a job done,or get someone to listen,or maybe protecting himself or someone else.He is not insane,for the simple fact that he is in control of himself,and knows what he's doing.
On another hand,Xaiver is an extremely loyal Plumie once you get to know him--break through his hard shell of anger.He may form a bond with you,who knows?And if he does?He will defend you to his last breath if need be.He chooses his friends carefully,and doesn't let himself get close to anyone quickly.If he becomes a friend to someone,it takes a while
