Venus had been waiting for this day since she was a child. Since she had been old enough to understand how much her fathers loved her, she'd wanted to make her own child feel the same way she felt when she was around them.
Admittedly, she hadn't considered how unfortunate it would be at first. Finally, the worst of it was over, and she was clutching a little child in her paws. Laughing, she held out the little boy to Warren. "Our little Caelum," he said happily, as the name had already been decided upon. Their tails curled together as they looked down at the tired little newborn, and Venus couldn't be happier.

"Caelum, I think you should-" Venus was cut off as Phoenix walked into the room, covered in mud. "What on Earth did you do?" she cried out, picking up the little girl. She giggled as Venus began to carry her to the tub, waving her arms around and splattering mud everywhere. The exhausted mother dumped her into the tub and began to scrub at her muddy fur. Her tensions were rising, but she relaxed as she heard Warren come into the room. "Hey sweetie," she said, kissing him gently. "Ew!" Jordanas said jokingly as he glanced in, his game controller in his hand. Laughing, the two broke apart, and Jordanas started to splash them with dirty, soapy water. Gently grabbing her paw in one paw and a washcloth in the other, Warren began to help Venus scrub at their messy daughter. Leaning against his shoulder, she closed her eyes, knowing that she never wanted to leave. She loved her family, and she loved Warren, and this was her heaven.

Venus never imagined herself growing up and having a family. Having her mind set on
being successful meant she never wanted to look for love, and rather it came looking
for her. And of course, when she met Warren, that all changed...

They had met a few years before getting married and had started off as friends. Venus
was very comfortable around him, laughing and just generally enjoying the feeling
when around him. At this point, she had never known what true love felt like or that
she liked Warren like that.
The moment she realised her feeling for him was when she let something slip up; a joke
too far. Seeing the hurt in his eyes had changed the way she acted that day because she
didn't want to hurt him even more, and decided to be more cautious when speaking.
After that, she was so confused, often thinking "what if he doesn't like me the same
way I like him?"
Being the determined plumie she is, she had to talk to him. After opening up to him, she
was ecstatic to find out that he felt the same way too.

Ever since, they have had a strong bond, even if they still mess round like children sometimes.

"Come on Venus! We're going on a romantic vacation!"
"So, like a honeymoon?" Venus replied to her new husband, Warren.
"Almost !" Warren spoke, excitedly.

As they drove downtown, Venus wondered where they could be going. Since Warren insisted she not pack anything, she had no idea what kind of vacation they could be going on. Suddenly, the car stopped.
"We're here!" Announced Warren.
"But - this is just the sculpture garden. I come past here all the time when I'm running"
"Maybe, but this time it's different! We weren't married last time we came here!"
Venus giggled. Her husband certainly was a strange plumie, but she loved his quirkiness all the same.

Warren insisted on which sculpture they should see first - the cherry on a spoon.
"Woah, it's even bigger from here." Warren gasped.
Warren followed it up with a question -
"Hey Venus, do you remember this one?"
"Well yeah, it's pretty famous."
"No, I mean... This sculpture is the reason we met!"
"what." Venus hadn't remembered that. This was only the second time she'd come to the sculpture garden with Warren, and she certainly hadn't met him here.
"Yeah!" Warren said, seeing the confused look on her face. "If I hadn't been distracted by this while driving to work that one day, I never would have crashed into your car, and we never would have meet each other."
"Oh yeah." She snickered a little. She HAD remembered that. It was hard for her to believe the same man who had accidentally totaled her car a few years back was now her husband.

The two of them stared at the sculpture a little longer, wondering how everything could have been different if it wasn't there.

Venus was reading one of her colleague's dissertations when she heard Warren come in.

She didn't think much of it since he regularly checked up on her, so she didn't look up. Only a few seconds later, she could hear a jingle coming from his direction, and she looked up absentmindedly. Her eyes widened at what she saw, and in her shock her face went slack.

The first thing that she saw, above all else, was the immense amount of glitter covering his furred shoulders. Warren was carrying a plastic purple staff topped with an equally plastic star flashing multiple colors like a light up shoe, and he was wearing her galaxy tank that stretched out over his broad chest. His legs were bare save for a pair of white shorts and the gaudiest ballerina tutu she had ever seen. Didn't they sell that exact brand at the dollar store?

The jingles she heard were from the plastic stars that were strung up around his waist. Taking in her expression, he wiggled his eyebrows as he catwalked into the room. "Venus, my dear!~" He purred out the words in the most exaggerated way possible. He waltzed right up to the loveseat she was sitting in and propped his head in her lap with his arms. His tail swished mischievously behind him underneath the skirt. "It has come to my attention that your week has been dreadfully long, so to brighten those beautiful eyes of yours, I have donned myself in your favorite thing!"

Venus' face spasmed as she tried to contain her mirth. Her expression prompted Warren to start fluttering his eyelashes like he had something in his eye. "So, are you seduced yet?" He inquired. Venus' only reply was to burst out laughing, and Warren soon joined her.

It was time.
"Movie night fun time!!!" Venus flopped on the couch next to a confused Warren, waving the candy boxes and
Day of the Doctor BluRay DVD. "What's going on..?" Venus shoved a box of candy at him and opened the DVD player,
placing the disc tenderly in the slot. "We're just going to watch this movie you got me for my birthday. You know,
Doctor Who, Day of the Doctor?" She sighed. "We're watching a movie, silly." Venus pressed play, the screen bright.
She bounced with excitement. Sure, she had seen this movie 4 times already, but this time was special.
It was her anniversary.

Warren had seen the movie countless times before, but he knew that this time was special for Venus.
He sat patiently, watching the movie while chewing on candy and shushing Venus. He'd watch the
movie a million times just to make her happy. Unfortunately for him, it seemed like he had to.

Now, she had seen the movie 4 times before, which is reason enough for her to doze off just a little... of course,
she knew the movie by heart but she really, really didn't want to fall asleep now.
Although, she was pretty tired.. maybe a short nap...

Warren didn't really notice his wife was asleep until his candy box was empty.
Reaching over to snitch some of Venus', he stopped. She was asleep.
He didn't know why, but he felt he should do something.
Now that he thought about it...
Warren got up, and went to their bedroom, digging through the closet. He found what he was looking for,
and gently laid a blanket over Venus. He paused the movie, and picking her up bridal style, laid her on the
bed and curled up next to her, falling asleep slowly.
