Hey guys !! First and foremost I do apologize deeply for the delay in judging. Me and Karmel have both had pretty busy lives recently but I finally got around to narrowing down the rest of your amazing entries !! You guys really made this competition hard to judge so I'd like to give a round of applause to everyone that finished a form !!

First up we have a long list of HMs for this competition because there was just so many good forms I had trouble even picking my top ten:

Now, for the winners of the competition there were two forms that I absolutely fell in love with and could not choose between. Because of this we will have one RU for this competition that will be going to sentimental_android !! I adored the really unique character concept that you chose and the mod boss esque feel of your form !! The artists Riddlestyx has already begun working on your RU and should be finished soon (:

The owner and final winner of Kalon 1,300 is tuna fish with their story of Li Xue! I definately felt a connection with the character you created and your writing style made me absolutely fall in love and I wanted to know so much more! You did an amazing job of fleshing out the prompt and really giving me an insight to character and their powers.
