Okay, so, first up, 3 Honorable mentions to:
Shironeki. - Just... too cute! I loved the idea of him rubbing and rubbing to no avail. It made me laugh. Your art was also pretty cute! :D
Kydashing - Even though a lot of people had the same fact as you, I was amused by how you wrote it and your art was very expressive of a cheery and friendly plumie!
BurnSide - That drawing and that writing just both conveyed a very strong personality and I just had to give you at least a shout out for that excellent conveyance!

ƜσℓʌɛƨǤσЯαωя - This is probably a little biased of me, but I do that blinking thing too and it really is funny how few people understand it! However it was very cute and I really want a kitty based plume out there who does it to... so you get a RU xD
Scarfire; - I really liked the cat trait you chose! I didn't think anyone would pick it, and it really is such a cute one! And the are shows off so many interesting little details.
winter & fireflii - This was such a close call, seriously! I really, really loved all the little details of catlike behaviors that Eri has and how even more cat like behavior was hidden in the art. Good on you, seriously!

I was blown away by just how much personality you managed to fit into two such tiny canvases and I also really loved the small array of cat like behaviors that you described! They were not only cat-like, but also believable in a plumerian character!
