Allon decided it'd be a good time to set up camp around the place and have some rest. After all, if he didn't have any sort of sleep for a few more hours, he'd probably go insane. Allon didn't exactly have anything to sleep on, though. He looked down at the rough, stone ground. Allon shivered, but it would have to do. Allon carefully laid down on the ground. It didn't feel all that bad. Uncomfortable, yes, but it would do. Allon closed his eyes and drifted off...

Allon awoke to the golden sun, shining right in his face. Allon tumbled back, bemused. He grumbled something quietly before getting back up, not even bothering to dust any dirt or debris off. Allon looked ahead and saw a beautiful meadow. A few vibrant and brightly coloured butterflies danced in front of him. Allon smiled weakly. He walked a bit before noticing the meadow coming to an end further off. Curious, Allon walked all the way until he noticed at the end of the meadow, laid a ravine. Allon ran, excited to see what could possibly dwell down there. He ran all the way to the very edge, but he couldn't stop and topple down into the ravine. And started falling, and falling and falling...

Allon woke up. A few crystals sparkled, making Allon feel a bit more relaxed. With a long, heavy sigh he got up, wondering how long he'd be sleeping for. Allon rubbed his head, curious about what the dream he had just meant. Or was it totally random? He shrugged. No time for anymore of this. His only focus was now the final elemental crystal.

The crystal-lined eel had made quite a meal, even though Castor had to spend an inordinate amount of time trying to pry bones from his own slices. Corneria just seemed fine with her dinner, pulling bones out of her maw when needed. All the bright crystals on the eel, though, were put to the side, mainly because Corneria found them absolutely pretty. The fire was the only source of light they had as night fell, and it reflected off the crystals of the cove as well as the polished walls of the caves. It wasn't comparable to sunlight, but it was enough to start setting up their sleeping blankets and pillows.

Their dreams, however, were more exciting.

Corneria's were much more fragmented. Fire chickens scattered around her dream as she dreamt of the firelands again, sans the heat. She scaled a hazy mountain, climbing up to her hometown's hills. The cows below seemed to be in danger, despite the scene being as placid as she remembered. She raced down the hill, looking to see what was casing the cattle harm, but saw Raffi near the farm, cuddling with the rancher's hens.

The scene changed, in that dreamlike way where it seems to perfectly meld together. She was back in the first region's forests, going past the burnt trees, trying to find Castor. It felt like he was around every corner...

Corneria woke up that morning with the vague sense of unease. Huh, Castor was right there. She remembered looking for him, though. What a strange dream. There were even those cute chickens from the firelands there!

Featuring Calypso + Her Chicken

Calypso yawned, and slowly reached over to pet the chicken which had fallen asleep by her side. When her fingertips brushed through her pet's fluffy feathers, a gentle smile appeared on her face. It was then that Calypso drifted off into the vast grip of sleep. Her hand lightly rested on the small chicken's side, and it snuggled down, loving the touch of its owners hand, and feeling safe.

She suddenly was awake again...or was she? Looking around, the kalon was confused, as she was back home, tucked up in her bed inside of the old windmill. She stood up, and realized that this was back, long ago, before she had even met Eden. It was before the two had become great rivals, and tried to kill each other multiple times, and far before they had become friends. How odd. Was there a possibility that all of that had been some sort of dream? Absolutely not, the thought was impossible. But the sensation of waking up into an impossible, yet familiar setting posed fear in her heart.

Calypso looked down to see a small letter on the table beside her bed. It had perfectly neat handwriting that wrote: chicken chicken chicken chicken chi... What? She looked again, and it said, Squids are pretty cool animals. The kalon shook her head, completely confused. She looked down, and noticed that her own paws her blurry, and that was when she realized; Calypso was in a dream.

She had heard about dream awareness before, but had never experienced it. Lucidness was not something in which she was familiar, yet looking around, at the vast world that lay ahead, she felt as if it were something she had done forever. Calypso found herself wondering what it would be like to fly. Though the kalon was no legendary creation, she rose like a heavenly creation up into the sky, further and further. She hit the clouds with a puff, scattering the fluffy creations everywhere, and was finally free. Free. Was this what freedom meant? Looking down over the Kalokairi with heavy eyes, but a watchful heart?

She gazed down at the windmill, the very thing that her entire life was put into, and realized how small it looked from way up here. Barely even a speck in the world. It was odd to think that all of her problems rest in such a small thing, but she didn't mind. After a while of flying, the kalon felt a little lonely, and thought up a friend. Her chicken suddenly popped into existence. The chicken flew besides her; examining the world as if it knew every secret that the Kalokairi held. It then looked at her with its deep, gentle gaze and wordlessly beckoned her to go higher. And so Calypso did.

She flew even higher than the world. Out of the atmosphere, and into the empty vicinity of space. What a world it was here; she knew that her imagination was filling in the details of this travel, but it felt so real. The coldness of this foreign world tingled her body, it was so far away, yet so perfect. If only all worlds could feel like this.

If only Kalokairi could be perfect.

It was lovely and no danger was felt.
However it was somewhat cold due to nobody packing proper camping equipment. Bear had to snuggle next to Seventy much to her annoyance.
Forager sat by himself and curled himself into a ball of fur. Luckily his robe and hood fended off the cold so he was ok enough. They all talked of the journey and how it was coming to an end. After a while they went to sleep.
Forager has nightmares of stone kalons fighting him.
Seventy has nightmares of puzzles.
Bear got rolled on top of by Seventy.
He came to the theory that he would of been better off sleeping next to the rouge instead his own adopted mother. Seventy just moves in her sleep too much. On top of that she snores loud. Bear wasn't getting much sleep. He walked over and snuggled next to Forager. The kit would possibly get yelled at in the morning but he wanted to not be smothered in the night. He fell asleep and ended up having nightmares about mimics.
Bear woke up to notice Forager staring at him. The kit kind of flinched.
"I want this whole journey to be over."-Bear
Forager sighed loudly and put his head on his paws. He whispered
"Same."
Seventy snored very loudly in response.
Everyone stared at her.
"Ok you can stay over here Bear.
Nobody needs to be near that."

it had been an eventful day for odo and ginko, with odo going for an unwanted dip in the morning to fighting crystal monsters that ginko somehow angered in the afternoon. both travelers were exhausted as they set up their camp, groggy hands fumbled with tent set ups and laying down blankets. they had moved quite a bit a ways away from where they had last camped, they were deeper into the caverns and near a small glowing stream that gave off a soft glow. the cave glittered around them with crystals and all seemed calm and tranquil to them both. ginko was the first to finish setting up and just as he laid down he was out like a light, odo looked at him with a small smile on his face, amused by the younger male most times, odo took a bit more time as he lit an incense to keep them both safe from any harm. the calm atmosphere almost seemed to calm and it made him uneasy, though after lighting the wick he crawled onto his blanket and wrapped himself in it. he snuggled down into the softness and let sleep over take his body in an instant.

odo felt himself drifting in nothingness at first, nothing but dark surrounding his vision but he could feel himself floating. all of a sudden he blinked, or at least he believe he blinked, and was on the ground. very very close to the ground, everything around him looked humongous and terrifying. he was still in the caverns but everything was super sized, he seemed to be on the cold stony floor near a particularly blue crystal. he tried to stand up but found he could not stand on his hind legs, he looked about him and saw tiny black arms poking out around him, he flipped out for a second thinking he had a spider on him but after jumping around and screaming for a while he realized he was the spider. odo felt uneasy but knew he was dreaming by now and decided just to roll with it. [ you seem to have been turned into a spider in your dream, your worst nightmare.. what will you do? ]

odo decided to use this chance to explore the dream caverns a bit, he crawled onto the blue crystal quickly. doubting his ability to stick to surfaces for a moment then realized he could cling to the side of the crystal with ease, he smiled a toothy smile and started climbing faster getting more excited. odo got to the top of the crystal, he looked about him seeing the large wide spread caverns. he looked up above him and saw that there were glittering stalagmites hanging from the ceiling. he could reach one if he leaped for it, odo scooted back a little bit and got a running start before leaping onto the tip of the rock formation. he clung on to dear life for a moment feeling himself almost panic at not grabbing onto the stalagmite. once he regained himself he crawled up it and then around the ceiling for a while enjoying himself, and getting slightly nauseous at some points. [ what will you do with your new found vantage point? ]

odo had a really dumb idea, he smiled thinking it was brilliant and fun to try. he began to build a web, though he had no clue how, but he did his best. weaving the silk in and out of each other, it took him quite a while but he eventually finished. there were a few holes here and there but he was still very proud of it. he smiled and the attached a silk from him to the web and jumped off of it. odo then used the silk to lower himself down. as he was about half way down he got a sudden breeze out of no where, then leaves and bits of rock were soon flying at him, he began to panic trying to climb back up to his web but as he was a leaf caught it string and broke it. odo went tumbling down, free falling onto the ground that's when he closed his eyes and woke up with a start. he had felt something hit his face, in a panic and smacked it off on his cheek and saw it was a huge black spider. he screamed and tried to kill it with his boots but it was dodgy, all of a sudden the spider burst into flames. odo lifted his head to see ginko sitting up in his bed looking irritated, "there.. now go back to sleep.. ya big baby.." he grumbled and curled back up. odo's heart was racing as he laying back down, he didn't fall back asleep..

Gale was running through her town. The sun was shining, birds were chirping. There was the blacksmither- she waved hello as she dashed by. Suddenly, she remembered that she was supposed to be delivering a package. The item was clutched in her paws, and she realized it was a small set of beautiful combs. Hammond would love them! Of course, that's where I was going! She was bringing the combs to Hammond. Putting on a burst of speed, she darted towards his stone shop. Gale would have crashed through the door had Hammond not been opening the door to change the 'open' sign to 'closed.' Gale grinned, pressing the combs to his paws so he could feel what they were. "You're hair keeps getting in your eyes, so I bought you some combs!"

Hammond chuckled. "I like my hair in my eyes." But he pulled his girlfriend into a hug anyway. Gale hugged him back, happiness blooming in her heart.

And then she woke up.
"Phooey!" She growled, slightly irked that she was still inside the strange cold cave instead of back in her town with Hammond. Her eyes centered on the gems, and a thought struck her. Oh, wouldn't he love them! Even though her boyfriend was blind, he had a fascination with rocks and stones. He loved to feel the different smoothnesses against his paws. Checking to make sure Mike and Adelaide were still asleep, Gale crept over to a spot with a few small crystals. "No one will miss these~" she whispered, snapping off a few ends and slipping them into her pocket. Curling back up where she had been asleep, Gale closed her eyes, hoping to slide back into the dream she had woken up from.

pip found out quickly that it was not easy to fish. with no bait and no previous experience, it was hell. they sat by the river for what felt like hours until they finally caught one measly fish. " finally! " pip yelled excitedly, their voice echoing throughout the cave. they took the flopping fish in their hands, looking at it grossly. they knew they were going to have to eat it raw as they had nothing with them that could cook it. cringing, pip put the entire fish in their mouth. " uuhh, " pip said with their mouth full. the taste of the fish was absolutely disgusting. after they were finished eating it, and even though the fish didn't taste good at all, pip didn't feel hungry anymore after they ate it. maybe that was because of how gross it was? probably, because the fish was way too small to fill them up.

fishing was hard work. even though pip had just taken a nap, they already felt exhausted again. pip decided they should probably sleep again before they made their way on their quest and didn't have a chance to sleep again for a while. going back into the den-like place that they had slept just earlier in, pip laid down next to their chicken friend. they fell asleep quickly in the silent cave, knowing they were safe in the cave which was empty besides the two of them. pip didn't dream often, they usually woke up with no recollection of any dreams, but for some reason they did dream while they were asleep in the cave. it wasn't anything extremely exciting or adventurous, but they did see the last crystal right in front of their eyes. it was most beautiful out of all of them, and pip couldn't wait to find it.

After the group all ate the fish that Keeko and Elfie caught, they put the fire out and all settled down to sleep. Due to being full, they all quickly fell asleep while being spread out everywhere, not needing to set up the tent that Keeko had since they already had shelter in the cave. Hopefully, within a few days, they'd finally get to the treasure wherever it was. While Kachel was asleep, he heard mumbling in his ear but he ignored it, figuring it was just Keeko talking in his sleep, but the mumbling got clearer the more he slept, although he still couldn't understand what it was saying. Then, Elfie started to hear soft voices in her ear, and she woke up as soon as she felt something touch her bag. Jerking up, Elfie's eyes darted to her bag and all of the crystals had lost their color. She looked around and realized that Kachel and Keeko were gone. She didn't even know what to think or do.. "K-Kachel? Keeko? C'mon guys! This isn't funny!" She shouted, but her shout just seemed to echo into the cave forever. Biting her lip, she lifted up her sword and held it out. Was this a nightmare or reality?

Just then, Kachel arrived with a small smile on his face, and he held his hand out, but it didn't look like Kachel. It looked like a crystal replica of him. At that, Elfie suddenly ran, but then she fell into a dark pit, only to suddenly be woken up in a cold sweat. Breathing heavily, she sat up and checked to make sure her bag of crystals were still there, as well as her companions, and they were. It was all just a dream.
