Basic Information
Legal full name:Elysia Almira Mikhailov
Preferred name:Stefan A. Mikhailov
Known to the public as:S.A.M, or Sam
Sex:Female
Gender:Masculine
Aligns with:Egoist anarchism - the
rejection of "a great idea,
a good cause, a doctrine,
a system, a lofty calling,"
but instead living only by
one's will, without regard
to "how well or ill
humanity may fare
thereby."
Warning:
Has found a way to breach
almost every radio system
to make speeches to the
public promoting egoist
anarchism.
As well as speak to anyone
in the vicinity of this build-
ing.
Identify by the somewhat
stereotypical "radio host"
voice. Normally conducts
himself diplomatically,
although if pushed too far,
can become very sarcastic
and biting.
Main form of propaganda:
Mostly through radio pro-
paganda (by rigging the sys-
tem so that his message
gets through).
Some organized rallies.
Need to find a way to stop
from breaching the system.

● Ah, Mr. President? Mr. President, can you hear me? I don't think you can. Let me adjust the volume... There we go.
● How did you --
● Answer my question, please. Can you hear me?
● Who is this?
● Answer.
● ... I can hear you.
● Ah, but, Mr. President, can you really hear me?
● I believe the nation and I can hear you quite well, sir. You've breached the whole nation's radio stations.
● Good, Mr. President, because I ask you only one thing, and I believe it would be for the good of the entire nation.
● You cannot just ask to --
● What an inconsiderate President we have, isn't that right, citizens? Our President does not want to listen to the concerns of his citizens.
● ... What is it?
● Mr. President, I ask that you step down from your office.
● ... Excuse me?
● Strike one for Mr. President. It seems as though you did not quite hear me. We can't make any more follies, Mr. President. You're on live.
● Explain what I've done for you to say such things.
● You are a catalyst of the destruction of individualism.
Please, take a step back, and think for just a moment, which I am sure you have never done in your entire life thus far.
I think what you fail to understand, and what many countless others seem to fail to understand is that the will of the individual is stronger than any other will. Not even a government's will is stronger.
Who ultimately makes a decision? The individual.
Why must the individual be suppressed in this "community" you call a country and a government? Why must their desires be suppressed for others? Others won't be affected if they have the freedom to pursue their own desires.
Everyone has the right to the pursuit of happiness, no?
● What?
● Strike two, Mr. President. Once again, you did not hear me. You only pick out what you want to hear, which are the praises of you. But will you open your ears to the criticisms as well? The ones that demand change?
Strike three, President, and you're out. For good.
