It was on a cristique morning. Faith had awoken from bed, and had already gotten dressed for the day. When some customers started to line up out side her door. Faith quickly walked down stairs, and headed towards the door. She unlocked the door, and an elder man came in.

"In for your medicine?" She smiled.

"Yes." the man was happy and please to get natural medicine.

This was an ordinary day like any other, but that soon would change.

It was mid-day, when she heard her bell above her door ring. Faith turns around at the sight of a larger, more, aggressive kalon. He began to talk to her...

"Hello, are you Miss Bell? I was sent by Prince William." His presence made Faith very uneasy.

"Hello, are you looking for some herbs-"

"No..."He cutt in," Prince William is very interested in your..." He paused "Holy marking."

Faith didn't respond, she was quite confused.

"You'll be ordered to become the Prince's servant. You'll move in tomorrow. He advanced forward towards Faith.

Faith stumbled and fell on the floor. The guard loomed over her...

"Do not keep the Prince waiting." The guard left, and shut the door.

Faith was still in shock, but she began to cry. Prince William wasn't a kind person, he was young and selfish. Faith wasn't ready to be imprisoned by him.

The end of the business day came, she closed her shop, and prepared a weeks worth of herbs for her patients. She write a letter to them saying goodbye, and that some day, she would return. That night, she packed what she could cary. Faith went out, and walked for a couple miles. Then she hitched a ride on the back of a hay bed into a neighboring Kingdom. The journey lasted the entire day, but she was able to cross the border.

Faith was very worried, she'd left everyone and everything behind. She slept in the woods that night, and dreamed of being back with her family again.
