Name: Petrichor
Meaning: The scent of rain
Gender: Male
First post prompt:
Just as darkness falls over the forests it begins to rain;
a soft, gentle rain that creates a thin layer of mist over the ground.
When Petrichor stands in the midst of the dark forest, rain falling around him,
and watches the mist slowly form in the air,
he gets a tingling feeling along the back of his neck and spine making
his hair stand on end.
That is the feeling he loves the most, he simply stands there closing his eyes and
relaxing, letting the stress wash away.
Name:
Chepi
Meaning:
"Fairy" in the Algonquin language
Gender:
Female
First post prompt:
Pochemucka - a Russian term for someone who is always asking questions
Chepi is constantly wondering at the world around her. And whether it is to herself or to another pack member, she is always asking questions.
She makes an excellent teacher to the apprentices, not only because she is so intelligent, but she encourages them to ask questions about everything as well.
However, she has no qualms about straying from her teaching duties to
investigate a strange noise or an odd shape, so her curiosity is not only a blessing but sometimes a curse.
