How did they get their booboos?;
- Corsair was once a famous swordsman. He sailed the seas with his five man crew, taking and pillaging anything they wanted. That of course naturally gave him a few cuts here and there, but nothing compares to the Town of The Mislead. It was a cloudy november day, a good breeze set the crew north into an uncharted island. This island had inhabitants like no other and boy, were they misleading. The crew approached what seemed to be an empty beach, but what they didn't see could be their worst enemy. The crew disembarked on their own little adventure through the island, watching theirs backs with sharp swords pointed in every direction. Corsair led the team to a small towns that was built up from the islands natural resources. "Look's like nothing of our use." The faithful leader boasted to his crew mates. "Lets burn it to the ground."
The team walked eagerly to the town on the horizon. Corsair thought it to be an easy job. As the crew traveled through the intensely dense forest, they heard a loud bang, just as if a firearm had been shot. No, it seemed to be a transparent image- a hologram floating right in front of them. The picture had shown an old but wise looking Kinto. She beard the following message to the travelers; "Pay attention young travelers. If you dare come farther into my woods, you will regret your actions." This of course had no affect on Corsair. "I will do as I please! I am the one and only Corsair Walker, you cannot stop me old hag!" The image faded from view, leaving an erie silence among the crew and among the forest. The pirate shrugged and led the crew farther until the stubbled upon the village of five or six huts. "Strike up the torches mates." He said, commanding his crew.
The flame was hot and torrid as it sat upon the torch. Corsair flicked his head towards the camp and his crew trudged before him, touching the torches to the dry ground. The ground caught fire, but it did not last long. Once Corsair saw this his ears flattened to his head. "What in-" He was stopped by a shrill shriek and rocks falling from the sky. It was literally raining rocks, most larger than a tennis ball. The crew was pelted over and over for ten minutes before it all of the sudden stopped. This was only the beginning of Corsair's eternal nightmare. Their once only dirty pelts were now covered in blood. Corsair growled loudly and angrily. "Show yourself, fight us like a man!" He bellowed. The ground underneath them gave a quick but harsh rumble ands they all looked down with curious faces.
A crew mate swished his tail with fear, "Maybe we should-", "Never!" Corsair spat back. "We've never run from a battle before and we aren't starting now." A loud crack incited from behind Corsair. He turned to see the entire earth splitting below him. His breath fought in his throat as he could see the impending darkness under the crack. "RUN!!!" He screamed as he turned on a dime, though it was no use as the earth underneath them split far to fast. They fell, not knowing what could possibly be waiting at the bottom of the chasm. The ground at the top of the chasm sealed back up, which for the first time in years struck Corsair with panic. The rocks on the sides of the cavern were jagged and close together, not leaving much space for the crew to fall, not to mention the many deep cuts and lacerations they received. By now, they looked like bloody messes of fur and dirt.
Everyone but Corsair hit the ground with a loud and ending thud. They were gone. as Corsair noticed himself slowing to a stop right above his friends, he started to panic. What was making this happen? As soon as he asked the question, an answer came. An old Jekinto padded up to him, his jaw dropped and in awe. Corsair pulled his sword on her and held it close to her maw; she did not flinch. She looked to the sword and it turned to a python, wriggling under Corsair's paws. He gasped and pulled his paw back. The old lady chuffed and flicked her head with harsh movements that sent Corsair into the wall. He could feel his bones cracked and blood that trickled down from his forehead. "I told you to never trespass on my land young mortal." He could barely hear her speak as his eyes closed with intense pain surging through his body. Within minutes, he passed out.
There was a rocking underneath Corsair and the smell of the salty sea not to far from him. His eyes opened to reveal that he was on a boat, nothing in sight. He looked at his once broken body to see many cuts, not yet healed. His back was still in pain, but it didn't feel broken. Corsair was definitely confused and looked around with panic on his face. A note hung on the mast of the small raft. "You trespassed even when I told you of possible dangers ahead. Now look at you, alone and broken. I healed your back but you shall forever be a broken soul with no where to belong and no where to go. Never ever return to my island, Corsair. Next time, I will kill you."
