His dream is to one day go to Paris and live out his days on the Eiffel Tower, or go to New York and do the same thing with the Empire State building. Naturally, his favorite place to relax is in high up places. He loves it even more when the place is abandoned and at risk of falling, and his usually happy place is actually in such a location. A place where he has to parkour up a sketchy staircase of random furniture and boxes and then he gets a majestic view of the city; that's his spot, and no one bothers going over there much so he can be alone. He hasn't ever showed anyone it either, so it's his spot and his spot alone.

I had a really hard time deciding for this one, so I'd like to offer a runner up to Banana., as I thought she and Charles would be great friends and an adorable pair of pranksters ;u; Please let me know if you would like a runner-up parra!
