Breeding Potions
Just like Pumpkin Seeds & The Halloween Companion Pets need to be exchanged for better.
They come in tiers like the Companion Pets. They just work differently...
This is a step by step to create the potion, and how it works before or after upgrading them!

Note; You don't get the mats from this NPC but you
do get Breeding Potion Tier 1 & 2 (and T3 with 1% chance) here and pumpkin seeds
can be obtained from this NPC.
