looking at my pile of 30+ babusagi, I have a whole bundle that I dont feel any attachment to other than the design looks really pretty. so I've decided to readopt some of the babus who im never going to come up with a story for. while the designs I still love if someone else can create a personality for them and love them more than I can then id say they deserve it more than I do!

that being said. this and many of the others im putting up are going to be personality contests.

♦x Zils is a very curious babusagi, infatuated with the works of other folk. A self proclaimed critic, they're fascinated with how others' minds work and how those functions translates to their creations. They're always watching movies, playing games, and looking at any assortment of creations, from animation to electronics. They run a small channel that reviews and criticizes films, a passion project that they sink a lot of time into. You'd think that because of this need to analyze things they'd be very cynical and mean, but they're actually a very nice person. They're extroverted, and will almost never reject an offer to hang out with friends. If you can deal with how quick they are to blabber on about topics, they're a great friend who'll do anything for the people they love. They want to know what makes people do what, and think that everything you create is in some way beautiful.

♣x Zils lives in a town called Xyris rest, and they're content with the town disconnected from most other lands. They live in a small apartment complex that's incredibly run out, and they're often voicing their complaints about how it shouldn't be in this condition to whoever will listen. With a bad job, they don't really make much money and don't exactly have the ability to go somewhere else to get away from it, but they make peace with it by buying small little decorations all the time. Their entire apartment is decorated in fairylights, artwork they've bought, and there's at least 12 roombas in the house because they're "cute little robo babies!". They work in a small smoothie shop on the edge of town, often slacking off to watch movies instead of actually doing their job. This shop is on the opposite side from the apartment Zils lives in, but they find some peace with being able to quietly walk a few hours everyday and truly don't mind how early they have to get up to go to work. On days off, they spend time with their friends at any cheesy place they can find, or they go abandoned house exploring if nothing fun is happening in the city.

The smoothie gang is a bunch of losers who bonded over their collective boredom over their dumb job. Zils is only good friends with Fluffy and Boreas, but all the employees still hang out during work hours. Most of the time they're off doing stupid things in the kitchen, like daring each other to spend too much time in the walk-in freezer, or setting up mini little movie sessions so they can all yell and complain about bad movies while laughing and having a good time. Outside of work, Fluffy, Boreas, and Zils will often go abandoned house exploring or ghost hunting, purely because ghosts are Fluffy's special interest. The two have had guest appearance's on Zils' dumb little video series, often doing really elaborate and extremely cheesy skits that always ends up with someone getting hurt and laughing it off. Almost all their close interactions ends up in some sort of dumb situation that they joke about afterwards.

Nila is Zils' boss, and they have a pretty strained relationship. Nila understands that the job is boring and they almost always are empty, but still doesn't condone the actions of the employees. Zils still tries their best to strike up conversations with her and be her friend, though that is usually met with uncomfortable silence and yelling from her.

Zils' relationship with May tends to surprise many, as she's well known as being aggressive and mean all the time. They've managed to become friends with her, often bringing her free drinks and food. They share an interest in film and what goes into them, although they often have "yelling matches" because they're both very ranty and will try to talk over the other, but its never out of actual anger. Their relationship is still pretty strained though, because of May's work with her "gang" and their often violent works. Nonetheless, they're on her good side.

Isa is May's son, a quiet and often brooding babu who doesn't like most others. Despite this, Zils has developed a pretty big crush on him and tries their very best to have meaningful conversations with him. These attempts are, for the most part, met with dirty looks and straight up being ignored, but Zils doesn't really mind. The few times they've interacted without any sort of hostility is normally just Zils ranting and raving about something, and Isa quietly listening and nodding along to it.

Jaden took a seat in detention. He was there once again for being a clown. Jaden looked down at his homework. It seemed to swim before his eyes....... He hated math. Jaden looked up at the clock and frowned. There was still over an hour left. He slipped on his headphones and started playing some music. He better get to work on those math problems.
