Yes, I have the same question; what if our ticket about doesn't divide evenly from five and we have extra tickets?

So it's been 3 days since I entered a cupid form and I have yet to get a reply back...I'm just worried it won't be counted and I'm also needing my 20 points from the prompts added in as I also don't have that. I have tried sending messages back to skylark and mini and chapatis but it seams no one is getting my messages??? I don't want to be rude but I'm running out of time and if the raffle is only open for one day theirs 4 more tickets for me their....

I got all the claims - 70 tokens
I did a love note for shin, - 18
Total: 88

You also have to account for tokens used during raffles. I personally counted 10 tokens that you have used, Zen. So it would be 78, unless you have purchased an item.

Oswin, it says you have 101 tokens and have purchased a love potion, and a box of chocolates. Were either of those the items you're concerned about?

I personally have had issues with the token balance, but calmly pm'd one of the mods working with the bank and told them my situation. They all have handed my problems swiftly and with ease. I suggest pm'ing one of the mods that may be on right now, explain your situation with proof of earned tokens and spent tokens with your balance, and they can help you.

Edit;; I also wanted to add that many, many of the 300+ users that have participated have gone and redeemed their tokens for items within the last 3 days. The mods have a lot to go through right now, as well as deal with real life stuff. It's amazing that they were able to pull off this event, the least we can do is have patience.

Ever faith in total without spending anything I earned 281 tokens so I bought the chocolates. someone else bought me a love potion in a trade deal the deal was I would buy the feathers in return which is my pending deal currently I should have 36 tokens left after spending all that. I just spent 15 on tickets due to the rules and not wanting to be excluded. So I should only have 21 tokens in my bank currently

Yes I totally understand! I brought it up a couple time early in the event and it was never updated, I just wanted to ask for a bit of help now so that I can use all my tokens in the raffle c:
