Katkin #40! Thanks to the suggestion of The Royal Mirage, this will be a bit of a MYO competition. As you can see, this katkin is hidden under a bunch of warm winter clothes. Your job is to decide what their features will be, and what their design will be! You can be as descriptive and specific or as general as you want, but you must fill out everything in the form below! All of their features must be rare or below. Please follow this guide when selecting features!
The second bit of the competition is to explain what their outfit is for. Do they wear it everyday, or is it some sort of special occasion? Is there a meaning behind it, or do they just like it?

Note: Their white fur right now is just a place marker, you don't have to make them white if you don't want to!

End date is February 28th. This isn't an impress me, but there are no limits. :>

DESIGN:
Much of her features are very similar to that of a Canadian Lynx but her pallet is like this with her eyes beginning her most noticeable feature. her pink eyes and off pink slclera stand out agents her white fur, she also has a mark under her eye shaped like a snowflake.
The outfit she wears is what she wears normally as she leaves in a very cold region and being a doctor who makes house calls she has to travel a long was to see some patients as some houses are farther away form her home then others. she desinged it herself to so it would keep heat in and it's even water proof so in cause she falls into icy water she'll have a longer time to get out
before hypothermia can set in. She blues so she made the whole outfit blue, it's also provides good camouflage from monsters.

⭐About the outfit⭐
She often spontaneously leaves for different village - which is probably due to her unquenchable thirst for new experiences. When she is ready to travel, Erica always puts on the outfit she wore when she first left home. She always arrives and leaves a village wearing the blue cloak, never seen in it otherwise.

-A built male katkit with large ears, his right ear being clipped at the tip. The clip looks like it has been done by claws. His eyes are a striking bright yellowish-amber, and are very large. With his scarf down, long black whiskers reach down to about the middle of his neck. His coat off as well, reveals a stubbed tail and his short fur, being the reason he needs his winter gear. His claws are shiny gray and medium length. His fur colors consists of different shades of browns. His chin, neck and upper underbelly are white while the browns gradually get darker the farther you go up on his body. The darkest shade of brown right on his back. He also has a tattoo on his left shoulder.

MEANING BEHIND THE OUTFIT
Arlie's outfit is something he must always wear whenever he leaves his cabin in the town he lives in. But before he moved to this town in the middle of never ending snow, Arlie lived in a desert village. That village was where he was born and grew up in. The katkins in that village were hardy kitties who lived by the code 'to only look after their own'. So that's exactly what Arlie did. He kept them safe as best as he could, but sadly lost them to a raging fire that burned down the majority of his village. He had just come home from collecting food and herbs (which had been scarce at the time) and came home to a small mob of hungry, thirsty survivors. Arlie fought for whatever food he had, and has the scar on his ear to prove the tussle he was in the middle of. Stricken with heavy grief, Arlie left in search for a new home. On his journey, he improved his old style way of healing that his mother had taught him. Arlie eventually made it to the 'edge of the world' as he called it, which was the snowy village he came upon. The people were also hardy, yet they had warm hearts and welcomed him to their village. His clothes are used to keep him warm, especially with his short fur. Arlie often goes out into the wilderness to scavenge for plants he use to make medicine with.

Simple design; space-like markings on ear tip, nose, under eyes, all paws, and tail with hearts on thigh, neck, and edge of face (not behind though). Symmetrical design.

suddenly decided I didn't like the other design

Why the outfit?: In all opinion she doesn't even need to have the outfit on, she's perfectly fine without it. Yet she wears it every day just so she stands out. She feels like the outfit makes her seem more like an wise philosopher from another land when she enters a village.

THE OUTFIT
The outfit is ceremonial, a sort of pledge to the god that she worships.
-worships the god of winter, cleansing, and healing
-studied healing from a makeshift college that operated from inside a temple to this god
-graduated and took an oath to be devoted to healing those who need it and offering the word of her god to any who would willingly listen
-the robes reflect the main season that is representative of the god, since winter is a sort of cleansing force to the world and gives the world a break to refresh itself. In the same vain, this is why the god is known for healing as well
-the style of robe that this katkin wears denotes that they are a wanderer under the name of this specific god. Other outfits for this god in different styles represents what oath they have taken up; in this one's case, the oath she took involved being a wanderer to go wherever she is needed to heal other katkins
-tho the robe looks heavy, it's actually made of fairly light material so it can be worn in the warmer climates, there is a fur interior that is removable, and only worn in the colder climates
