WishCatcher woke up on Christmas Eve, realizing she hadn’t
wrote a letter to Santa Claus yet! She raced down the stairs after putting on
her bunny slippers and robe. She had shared an apartment with three friends
who were annoyed that she had ran down the stairs and woke
them up. She grabbed a sticker pack, crayons, and a pen. She began to write.
Dear Santa, All I want this year is... She thought of everything she wanted. She
wrote everything down.The list concluded of a pair of socks
for stitch [ he loves warm things ] , a bow an arrow for ai [ who was stitch’s girlfriend ]
and a new sweater for Callie [ who was a friend of her’s ]. She only wrote one thing
for herself, which was a new camera. She had been asking for one for five years.
She dreamed of being an actor and photographer, maybe even a youtuber!
On Christmas morning she came down the stairs and found all her
dorm mates unwrapping presents. Santa has read her letter! She looked for a present
for her but there was none. But she didn’t think that matter. She was glad her friends
were happy. But then Stitch came over and said it was on the top of the tree and he
didn’t want it to fall and break. Wish looked excitedly into stitch’s
Eyes. She sat down in front of all her friends. A note from Santa was in there. “ Dear
WishCatcher, you have been so kind writing down things for your friends rather than yourself,
It wasn’t me who bought you this camera Wish, your friends pitched in and bought it for you.
Merry Christams! - Santa” Wish screamed and gave all of them big
hugs. She asked why? Her friends said that they know she’s alaways been wanted one and
She always was very generous to them. It was the newest model too! WishCatcher was only
15, but she was ready for the forture and what came with it. Next year she would help Santa
out and buy all her friends everything they wanted!

When I was younger I wrote to you every year. I am sorry I haven't written to you in a while. I was told to no longer believe in you, and that you truly were not real. I am sorry for believing that. I have come to you with a rather urgent matter. Around this time is when families are brought together to celebrate the season but I can't help but feel distant. My mother has fallen ill from all the work she endures. She no longer seems as happy as she used to. I heard you were some kind of magic man so maybe you could fix her. Or any of this. I want her to be happy again.
She is a single parent and one of the sweetest people ever! She always tries to provide for me and even sometimes doesn't get what she wants to make me happy. I think if anyone this Christmas season deserves anything, It should be her. I am sorry if this sounds too vague, or if this seems like a tough request but you were the only person I thought to turn to in this kind of situation. Maybe we just need a bit of magic in our lives again.

Gently setting the pen down she let out a small sigh. She hoped Santa was real. Her mother deserved the world and every flower that grew in the soil. Dipping the pen in the ink one last time she signed her name putting a small heart towards the end. Reaching for the envelope she skimmed of the tan material. Where was she even supposed to mail it? Her friend Yakko said the north pole was the perfect place. Writing her address and Santa's came odd to her, She hadn't written a letter in years. Why didn't Santa use messenger or instagram? She shouldn't question how up to date the man was but she couldn't help it. Holding up the envelope she ran her thumb over the material. It was soft in a sense, or maybe she was overthinking it. Walking over to the fireplaced she reached up on her tippy toes to reach her stocking. Putting the letter in her stocking she paused for a moment. Maybe that would be the best way to contact him. She hoped. Leaving the stocking over the fireplace she only hoped Santa would bring her what she oh so hoped for.

Dearest Santa,

As Prince of Kariko I write this in the best regards, though I have been told I am much too old for such antics. Truth be told, were it not for the hard times that my kingdom has observed, I would not write to you in such a manner. It is below a Prince such as myself to hope for such foolish things, to admit my faults to a figure of folk lore. Yet here I sit, ferclempt and beside in my own misery. Truth be told, Sir Klaus, I lack the courage to lead such a kingdom. The crown of the monarchy falls coldly upon my youthful crest, and I fear I am ill suited to bear it. My honor has fled me, my courage beguiled. I am nothing more than a fledgling who in his blood claims the lineage and potential of a mighty hawk. The blood of my soldiers does fall upon my weathered conscious, much too weathered for a boy of my stature.

The garb of Kings hangs heavy upon my unstately shoulders, my minute frame a laughable visage of 'King'. I am but a skeleton, a pip asked to bear the weight of the Worlds, and I so wish to do so. I have been thrust into manhood much sooner than even the men I must command. I am unfit for what has been given to me, and I pray that I may soon find myself. I wish to relinquish this cowardice from my bones, surrender my childish fits and step into the light under a new reign.

However immature, unsightly, or taboo it may be to plead with a man of fiction... I must digress. My words have thus far fallen upon deaf ears, and I meet with you as my last resort. I wish to realize my lineage, to awaken the slumbering warlock of my kinship and lead my heart to valiant victories. I must ask you, in a moment of weakness, to grant me the courage to step into my role as King. My father has passed, and my Kingdom needs me... It is with great humility that I present my deepest yearnings to you.

Dear Mr. Santa Claus,

So I'm running out of options and since its the holiday season I figured I'd go ahead and try sending you a letter. Most of my friends don't believe in you anymore, and honestly I'm not sure if I do either, but I'm getting desperate so you are one of my only hopes. You probably already know this but I am a student at Lilieae Academy which is a specialty school for up and coming witches. This school has been around for thousands of years and the education I'm getting here is amazing! I've always loved learning about magic, but my real goal is to become a healing magic specialist. However, I have run into a detrimental issue with my education at this school. Even though I'm only half-way through my second year I have read every single text available in the library. My friend Reyna calls me crazy for reading so much, but I need to learn as much as possible in order to reach my goals!

Because of this issue I have talked to the librarian and headmaster about the need for our library collection to grow, but they looked at me like I was insane. They said something like "This collection of books is in the thousands and has been on going since the establishment of this academy, I don't think there are many books on magical studies we don't have in this library."
(Please read the previous sentence in the most prestigious old lady voice you can because that's how I intended it to be read when I wrote it, because that's how our headmaster sounds)

It is because of this that I am writing to you Mr. Claus.
If you are as mystical and magical as they say you are then you must have access to some special texts or tomes that our library doesn't have in its collection. I would love to be able to have access to these books or for you to even donate them to our library. I'd even accept at least one more book, however that would barely last me a week before I would have to try and find some other source of literature. Anyways, you are one of my last hopes and I truly believe if there is anyone who could assist me in this matter it would be you.
