I'm putting this kid UFA!

It'll be an unlimited impress me with the base requirements of a name, gender, and at LEAST 3 sentences for a personality. If you have those at least, your form will count, however putting in more effort and giving more characterization will most likely help your chances.

Here are some helpful tidbits to know what to avoid:
-Avoid useless information; I don't need to know their bloodtype, IQ, last dentist visit, or other things like that unless it significantly effects the character.
-As this is a child I would prefer you avoid making them edgy. Also please note that their parents would not be at all abusive, so including that or acting as if Umbre & Appletini don't care about their kid/kids will knock off points.
-I personally knock off a few points when "they dream of having a mate and kids" is included for a tryout form or a form for a child character. I will be less likely to select a form if it makes a big point toward the character wanting to get a mate and have children, or develops on that point the most without building anything else up.
-PLEASE make sure your form is readable !! Don't use neon or super light colors, or super small font.
-Original art is more likely to factor into judging than colored in bases/recolored pieces.

Thread forms are allowed, however offsite forms are not.
All art must be credited to the artist (if you drew it, you can simply mention "this piece is by me"). Song lyrics used in your form, if any are used, must also be credited.
If I catch any sort of art theft, your form will immediately be disqualified and your post will be reported for art theft.
