Cloud has trouble falling asleep since they often take short naps throughout the day, so to fix that problem she reads a good book for awhile until she falls asleep. She loves to read fantasy and folktales, though doesn't mind an occasional romance and/or other genres.

What they do before the go to bed:

Bella spends about an hour getting ready for bed. First, she'll take out her journal and write down all of the things she had worried about over the course of the day for five minutes. Once that's done, she'll turn on some soft music and do yoga for about fifteen minutes. After that, she'll bring some candles into the bathroom and light them before taking a thirty minute bath. The last ten minutes she reserves for searching for some new classical music to play while she sleeps. She doesn't want to play the same CD two nights in a row.

Ashleigh is a very picky pillowtail.
She usually takes a shower or a bath
every night and since she can't sleep with
wet hair she must blow dry and brush it.
She eats a snack, usually yogurt or fruit.
She must have a certain number of
pillows (6) and before she goes to bed
she has to rearrange them until she is
comfortable. She puts her blanket in the dryer,
so it is nice and warm by the time she is
ready to sleep. After writing about
her day in her journal, she goes to sleep.

Claire does many things before bed. Some of these activities include watching British baking shows, watering her small succulent plant, eating cereal (yes, at night!), staring out the window, playing video games, or maybe reading a good book with some tea. Eating cereal is probably her favorite out of these because cereal is just amazing and who doesn't like cereal!? Claire's favorite cereals include Lucky Charms, Cocoa Puffs, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and Frosted flakes. She especially loves to mix these together and eat them late at night, even though sometimes it keeps her up accidentally cause too much sugar.
