Well if it's by you it shows you took time and effort with it, and you really care, and if you order it shows you'd give stuff up for him. So again, I'd say both. Although please, don't spend every single rare you have in this contest, it's just heartbreaking when people do that and lose </3 Creativity. Originality. Not just 'oh ye hes always happy and nothing else evr!' and a bunch of headshots or standing poses all in the same pose;; An intricate personality with little quirks and details that make him unique, and art that expresses his personality, hobbies, history, values.... That's what I want to see in forms.
I expect you to be active on both fanclubs and rp with the family often; it's a HUGE booster if you're already active on the fanclub. I WILL be looking to see how active you are with other characters.
