[Oddly Shaded]

I haven't done an equid like this ever I don't think. So its all weird and stuff XD

HOW TO WIN:
In order to win this equid, you must do a few things. Firstly; Her name MUST include a G or a B. Secondly; You must draw an image of what she sees (Being blind, she could see nothing, or a grey scale set of shapes, etc). Thirdly; A short description of the image drawn - A minimum of 50 words, and a max of 150words. (I hate reading XD)

Having never had sight, Aurigae doesn't understand what all the fuss is, she has always lived this way and so doesn't understand the concept of sight. To her, nothing is missing. She doesn't see black or white, she just doesn't see at all. It's a lot like trying to look behind your head, what's there just isn't.

That being said, Auri does form a sort of mental blueprint of her surroundings, constructing them using touch and vibrations. She has very high kneed movement, in order to prevent tripping on anything she might not notice in time.

Description: The best word to describe this mares eye-sight is ob-longed. While she can indeed see colors and shapes, her vision is clouded in a fog, filled with different mixes and shades of purple. From her right eye, her sight is almost normal in shapes and sizes, though from her left, it seems as though someone pulled the sides of a picture to stretch them further. If an object is directly in front of her, much like a normal horse, it is impossible for her to see it, though this blind spot is much wider than normal.

Description: Mabari can differentiate only light from darkness. There is a different black for light, almost as if it's piercing past her unseeing eyes and reaching her mind, letting her "see." She can almost make out blurred coat colors, like when there is a light flash of white within a herd. She calls this the "Hero vision", which she says only allows her to see the good in others and not the bad.

Gabriella might be blind from birth, and incapable of understanding the definite shapes or colors of things, but that has never stopped her asking about the world around her; or imagining how things look anyway. Against the blackness of her unseeing eyes, she paints her mind's canvas with earth and grass and sky. The dull brown earth founds the ground beneath her feet; the sweet string-like grasses she loves must certainly be brilliant as the sunsets that make her friends so happy. And wind - wind is to her a physical, tangible thing she imagines silvery, with brush hairs that tickle her nose and pelt in passing. She may be blind, but Gabriella's world, in her mind, is alive with colors as vivid as her glorious imagination.

Description: Genesis stirs from one of her restless short naps. Being blind she couldn't risk falling asleep for too long, even the thought of sleep was enough to worry her as she can't make out any threat too well. The world is just one big colourful blur to her. Suddenly she hears a rustle and looks up to see something hovering by her face, she tries hard to focus and can just make out the muzzle of an equid she's never seen before. "Hi, are you new here? My name's Destiny. What's yours?"

Description: this picture depicts how avalen sees the world, an odd sight really. she can see fairly well put often finds there are black patches in her sight, many things are blurry and unrealistic, plus the sky is always black, she can't see any primary colors very well, especially blue. she can see faded versions of colors, such as trees or the purple car in the picture. usually there are looming shapes in the background too, unknown as to what they are, she still fears them. sometimes they are mountains, others, not.

Description: While she is mostly blind, Gwen can just barely see not only motion but auras. Like the rabbit above, it is blurry because it's a moving object, but the aura around it is also moving. ( a form of Synesthesia) She associates everyone with a color, and uses colors to describe new animals or strangers. "It has... four feet, really tall ears, and green!" An older member of the herd would have to correct her, and teach her the word 'rabbit'.
