Personality: Estelle is a very unique mare, she thoroughly enjoys her own company and doesn't really get along with most of the other Napas roaming about freely. She tends to wander about at her own pace sniffing everything she passes by, you could say Estelle is the curious type but some may say she's just wary of her surroundings. It's sometimes hard to read her emotions and tell what she's thinking because she doesn't really let anyone in and prefers to keep herself to herself. But her temperament is calm and well natured she's the complete opposite of misbehaved and violent if she lets you close enough she'd quite happily let you stroke her neck or plait her forelock with no worries.

Memory: Estelles fondest memory would probably have to be the time she met Delilah. Delilah is my other Napa and if you ask me, they definitely look and act like long lost sisters. Estelle isn’t very fond of many napas but ofcourse this declaration doesn’t stand for Delilah. Every since Estelle came back to the ranch with me from an auction mart she just instantly clicked with Delilah, which for me at first was very strange as I was told, and witnessed first hand, that she wasn’t keen on other napas and strange people too. I thought it would take me a long while to get Estelle customed to my care and me being her handler/trainer but with the help of Delilah it took absolutely no time at all and we have become the most amazing trio! I can see it in Estelles eyes that she is so excited and raring to go every morning I show up, to be let out into the arena or paddock with her best friend Delilah, the two simply frolock and muck about together. You can just tell the two clearly have each others backs and would do anything for one another despite Estelles lone wolf personality.

The day he met his rider, Nadine.

Gael stood in the far reaches of the large paddock it was early evening and the sun had begun to slowly slink back below the horizon. The fairly tall three-year-old had picked his spot carefully as to avoid the people and horses who tried to invade his space. Though he recognized this would be futile when he heard the familiar click of the gate at the other end of the pasture he tilted his head and side-eyed the stable hand encroaching on his spot. The young stable hand quickly tossed a lead rope around his neck to hold him in place as he tried to shove his head into the halter. After a few minutes of fighting, he gave in and allowed the halter to be strapped around his head before being rudely dragged off to the main barn. Gael had been born in Hulett, Wyoming to a Napa breeding stable called Red Gully Ranch he was used to the small town and the assorted people at the farm. When he was walked into the main barn he recognized the owner he stood talking to two others a slightly older woman and a younger one. Their attention turned to him when he entered the barn as the stable hand walked him around like he was on display. The younger one walked forward while the older one stayed behind talking to the Ranch's owner. The younger one reached a hesitant hand out touching Gael's muzzle with unexpectedly gentle touch. "Hello I'm Nadine," she said gently stroking him "I think we're going to be good friends".

Memory: His first "jump-off". When Daisy had heard that Kirin was one of the best jumpers at Moonlight Stable, he had to challenge her. He needed to see for himself. He was out in the paddock when he saw Kirin. She was beautiful, but also looked a bit nervous around the other horses. He began trotting towards her, his head held low so he didn't seem like he was trying to scare her. "Hey, Kirin, I hear you're a fair jumper. I would like to challenge you to a jump-off." He said, a friendly tone to his voice. She looked up at him, her eyes sparkling with a competitive glow. "I accept your challenge, um, what's your name?" She replied, swishing her tail. "Oh, I'm Daisy. We'll start the challenge now, if you'd like?" "Let's begin." Kirin cantered past him and towards a log under the tree that stood in the middle of the paddock. She sped up into a gallop and leapt gracefully and confidently over it. Her jump was smooth and her landing was perfectly placed as she soared over the log. It was now Daisy's turn. He started to trot, speeding into a canter then a gallop. He was growing nearer to the log, now at full speed. He sent himself soaring over the log, feeling the wind blow over his mane and tail. He soared over it with ease, landing a bit roughly but overall it was a good jump. He slowed his pace as he neared where Kirin was now standing. He noticed a chestnut stallion standing next to her. "Who is this, Kirin?" He asked politely. "This is Toasty, he is our judge. So, Toasty, who won?" Toasty glanced at Daisy for a moment, studying him. "Well," he said, "You both did fairly well, but Kirin's jump was a bit smoother, so I'd say she won." Daisy turned to Kirin and dipped his head in respect. "I guess you are a pretty good jumper, Kirin. It was nice jumping with you." Even if he lost, he still had a fun time with his new friend.
