which sense? Because of his being deaf, Hawk needed to rely on one of his other senses. Naturally it was his eyesight that got better so that he could see thing what was coming for him better.
one thing: Hawkeye loves the fact that his sense of sight is better because he is able to see things more clearly and is able to see things better than most. He greatly appreciates his keen eyesight and enjoys the wonders and the colors of the world around him. He very grateful that he gets to see all these things and never takes it for granted when he sees his owner or the small children that love to ride him so much. He loves seeing their faces every day and he recognizes each and every one of them.

which sense? Keller enjoys using her sense of smell most, closing her eyes and taking a deep breath in. She's quite skilled at differentiating smells. She knows the scents of different horses, humans, and more! Although she does use her eyesight, she thoroughly enjoys using her sense of smell more. (48 words)
one thing: One thing Keller loves about her sense of smell is how someone she knows, smells. She usually sorts out those she likes by smell, because that can tell a lot about someone. Depending whether someone smells sweet or bitter, she stays away. She loves how she's able to find treats in someone's pocket and plucks them out when they're not expecting it or looking. It also allows her to recognize someone quickly if she can't see them. Her sense of smell helps her navigate the dark, so she can smell something familiar and try to make her way towards it. Extra: Keller can be both an extrovert and an introvert at times. One moment she may be romping around with other horses, and another she might be standing in a corner of the pasture alone with her eyes closed. Other than that, she is pretty friendly towards others, although she is easily surprised or spooked if you don't let her see you before you come near her. It's always best to approach her somewhere she can see you or, if she knows your scent well enough, smell you. Having said that, it takes a while for her to memorize the scent of someone or something. She has to interact with them a lot to recognize them by smell, even if she can see them. She also does not speak very often, even if it is a low nicker or high whinny. She really has no reason to most of the time, since she relies on seeing one's body language to know how they feel. Sometimes, she might not realize she's making a sound because she can't hear it! Keller also enjoys fireworks, mostly because they are so beautiful and vibrant and she can feel the thunder of the explosion in her whole body when they take flight and spread their wings of color. Aside from her sight and smell, she likes using her hooves. She tries to feel vibrations from the ground to try to guess what maybe coming, whether it's a car or another horse galloping. Sometimes, she's able to feel the beat of music from a radio in the barn! She loves it! Especially when it's loud enough for her to feel the beat in her chest or her whole body. She feels it makes up for the silence she's known forever. Although she cannot hear anything, at least she can describe sound in a way that not many think about.
