The plant is also very useful for dyes, and painting, and it's even thought that the ancient tribes used it as war paint.

When she should be on a boarder patrol Cricketpaw can often times be found at the two-legged's place sleeping in the garden under the shade of the large hydrangea bush. This bush has millions of little blue flowers that Cricketpaw's fur blends in with. She enjoys these flowers because the smell is soft and not overpowering. Even though the flowers seem small and delicate there are many, which makes them look big.
