How did they get the shackles?:
Kaiser was a fugitive within this part of the forest, he was wanted for treason. He ran as fast as he could and jumped into the air spreading his wings to escape the others who were chasing him. Haha you'll never catch me alive As he was flying away he felt something large and heavy hit his wing. He yelped and fell to the ground instantly knocked out. He woke up chained to another prisoner. He began pulling at the chain until it snapped so he could be free once more, he took off leaving the other prisoner behind

How did they get the shackles?: He was and still is wanted for theft, Bandit has a knack for stealing. But he usually however last time was different he had tripped over a stone and broke his leg from falling unable to move he was captured. Bandit spend awhile in jail till he broke the chains.
