Hello! As many others are currently doing, I'm hosting a MYO competition to design me a Kalon! I'm not looking for too much in particular, so if you enjoy a bit of artistic reign, feel free to read below and find out more! However, if you enjoy a bit of a challenge with specifics, I have a few of those you're more than free to work with!
I'm looking for a Uncommon and Under Kalon MYO! This means you can use as many Non-Rarity - Uncommon traits as you please! You're more than welcome to experiment with some rare traits if you wish, but please provide an uncommon and under version of the design as well when entering!
Designs can be posted on or off-oekaki! I would highly recommend you do not merge layers, though, as if your design is chosen, I may ask to be added or to receive the file so minor changes can be made! You also may enter as many times as you'd like!
The contest will end on: May 20th!
I will be making more posts closer to the end date to gauge interest for extensions and a specific time of ending!

Since I'm not super picky on design, I offer a few options:
Option 1: Pink Overdose
- Base a Kalon around my aesthetic blog's archive: http://pinkpanique.tumblr.com/archive
You're more than free to select certain images to work off of, but I only ask that you base it off of multiple images instead of just one! You're also free to base it off of the general theme c:
- The only actual specific here is that you stick to pastel pink at least for the main design, but you can use other colours for accents, too! You're also free to make them non-flowery and cutesy! You can make them edgy, gothic, harajuku, whatever!
- No specific edits for this one, just no weight edits please!
Option 2: The Golden Snake Charmer
- Base a Kalon around these two images: x and x! You're also more than free to add additional accent colours, but please try to keep most of the Kalon to gold and black!
- The concept for this character is that they're a snake-charmer male that is very mysterious! Once you get to know them though, who knows what they're like. They adore snakes and ancient artifacts and run an antique store full of strange objects from around the world. They call their two twin snakes their "children" but most people don't realize that their "kids" are snakes until they talk about feeding them crickets....
- No specific edits other than long hair, but for this concept, if you're looking to explore a few rare traits or so, I'd like to ask that they do not have any extra or missing limbs/parts/eyes!
Option 3: Go Wild
- Yep, just that! Have fun, go wild, do whatever you want!
- Any palette, edits, whatever (just nothing legendary okay?)
- Ever wanted to create a particular design with certain markings or palettes? Now's your chance! Impress me with your imagination~
The thing everyone really cares about!! Okay, so, these prizes will be added to according to entries and number of people entering!
The prize right now is a 1-rare trait MYO slot!
However, if that doesn't strike your fancy, I'll be giving you the option to receive art from me instead, of either 3 chibis or 1 shaded fullbody! (I'm more than fine with doing headshots or mixing stuff up if you want, if you win)
I plan on adding more prizes for different places, and potentially different prizes for each "option" if enough people enter!
Edit: Everyone who enters will get 1 ticket for each entry they make (multiple variations of the same design don't count!) for a raffle of $20 worth of art from me!
This way you can choose if you'd rather have chibis, headshots, YCHs, etc.! If you're curious on what this entails, feel free to ask!
