What’s the best venue to grind in for the phantom scroll I’ve tried a few for a hour at a time and nothing

You could try a mid-range venue?
The lower ones you can get through fast so they have a lesser chance per battle of dropping rare items. Higher ones have an increased chance but it takes longer to get through them.

There's no "best venue" per se since they all drop the scrolls.

They all drop good I’ll try a slight lower like crystal pools

My new addition to my lair! I been wanting to get my CS fursona/mascot into a full form dragon (she is a wolf/dragon hybrid) so she can be my FR fursona/mascot as well!
