I like to think the day I got them- is their birthday! (I share mine with Bronte <3)

how does your Viscets celebrate their birthdays?
Wellllll-
Most of my viscets like to celebrate on their own, but Atticus demands a get together with her children just to give gift and socialize for a little bit.

what do your Viscets usually get for their birthdays?
Atticus goes for shop upgrade! Bronte gifts herself with new hammer or shop upgrade too! Saykon gets a new animal or outfit! Uzomi's too busy to get himself something. Zvan sunbathes on the roof all day. Pallas.. does what she do- steal a gift for herself and then trade it away months later. Xylier typically forgets his own birthday. Timaeus is too broken to realize what birthday is. Juno pays herself a little visit to air transportation center and ask for a little tour! I dunno for Keaton yet though- Harlow's traumatized by birthdays so she tries to avoid it altogether.

what do you Viscets get other Viscets for their birthdays?
Atticus tends to spoil Uzomi with snowglobes and Saykon with stuffed animals or rare seeds! They try to give back to their mother with cards or a cool rock- and Atticus always appreciates any little gifts she gets. Zvan sometimes drop by and give everyone a crashed airplane piece.. But everyone else barely know one other or doesn't bother.

what are your Viscets' favourite cake flavours?
Uhh- Atticus would be that gal who likes carrot cake, Uzomi a coffee cake, Saykon a vegan cake but dunno for others.

what kinds of present are your Viscets hoping to not get?
Atticus appreciates any gifts! Harlow hopes not to get anything at all. Zvan doesn't want to get anything that relates to 'housewife' stuff like cleaning supplies or dresses. Saykon doesn't want to get anything that imply animal cruelty like pelts or whips. Uzomi doesn't like cheap joke gifts. Xylier's okay with anything I suppose. Juno probably won't appericate a college textbook on math..

Mmm well, they live in a medieval era with a modern twist! I haven't really developed it further though.

Uhh I never connected to Juno in the beginning, I didn't remake her personality I just gave her a tweaked background. I'm having troubles connecting to Harlow and Timaeus sometimes though- because Harlow lives on a completely different continent than all other viscets and she's lonely there. Timaeus because he's broken and I still have yet to find a viscet to be his childhood friend to solidify his story ;o;

What would your viscet do if they woke up to find out that their normal eyes have become googly eyes?
Most of them will probably flip actually, Keaton and Zvan would find it funny!

What would you do if any of your viscets took your food or stuff?
I'll.. negotiate with them.. half of food or I'll buy them another thing they want like blankets or whatever. ;o; Most of my viscets will be willing though- except for Pallas..

Do you have a naming theme for your viscets?
I tend towards names in other languages and I've got a soft spot for Greek names in particular. I don't really have a theme though, apart from them sharing some similarities c:

How do you name your viscets? Generic names, off some website, or?
sometimes I see a design and immediately think of a name; sometimes I go puttering around various baby name sites looking for something that catches my eye. sometimes I want them named for something, like my bab Torio, whose name means 'bird tail' in Japanese (as he's been raised by birds lmao) or Serafin, whose name is Hebrew for "burning one", "serpent", "fire". he's my kid Canicus' son and they're themed for dragons (and he's also Griff's Raa's kid) so a dragon name seemed fitting.

Do you typically try to look for names that REALLY fits a viscet or do you wing it?
yes! I mean I'll wing it too, but only if something about the name jumps out at me. for example, my newest kid Blaise? I have no idea what that name means lmao, I just really liked it for him c:

my apologies ahead for the long post.
Alright introduction time.
First is Oblivion. I'm aware that she does have another name but only those that are her most trusted may call her that. She is the patron or founder of Oblivion in my AU and Ren's "boss". She holds some past grudges but is worried about the wellbeing of Ren and his reapers. You can read more about her in the link and my viscet AU.

Next is another one of Ren's 8 children of sin. Gladiolus or Gladio for short. He still has some devlopment to be made but canon in the story and AUs Gladio is the firstborn child of Ren who's mother was Ren's ex-wife who he had to leave behind when he was escaping his fate. Ren had only seen Gladio as an egg so Gladio would not meet Ren until much later. I don't have anything in the AU for him though so there's only info at the character page.

Both are open for friends, enemies, and maybe relationships however they would have to be OOC or in an AU. Oblivion would be tough since she can only appear in certain places outside of her realm for a short time and only a reaper in Ren's organization or Ren himself can take you to her in person. If you have any offers or headcanons feel free to PM me about them!

I have quite a few AUs for my viscets but my main AU is a wip which involves only my viscets and I plan on converting it into an actual story novel with changes of course.
Who is your favorite viscet that you own? (Top 3 if you can't just pick one)
Mmmm I can't believe I feel trapped with my own question haha but I think I have my three and i'll have my reasonings with them because I can.
Oblivion - I had worked on her personality and character for a long time since last year and maybe the year before but never really worked on it too much. Her design was pretty much the same but I had a whole sit down and started drafting and trying out different color palettes which were also tough to put together. I had a lot of inspiration come to me with the play "Phantom of the Opera" and a certain tutorial video which has nothing to do with viscets.
Artorias - His design was put together in maybe 24 hours so it was a bit rushed but I still like how he turned out. I'm usually real weak to designs that aren't natural colors, yellows, reds, grays, blacks, and whites. I had first intended for him to be monochromatic in the blue spectrum but ended up adding some purples to balance it out. His story is a bit sad and dark but I might end up revamping it soon, regardless he holds a sentimental value to me.
Ren - Ren is one of my first wins in viscet comps even though he's an RU and Wynsdrrawr was posted first. I at first wasn't too fond of his pinks but he was pretty much love at first sight for me. He's come a long way from being developed. He was based and named after one of my own characters but has his own surname and is much different from them now. He may be seen as evil and probably disliked, I found things and traits about him that are very likeable despite how he portrays himself and behaves toward others.

I love them all truly and very dearly to my heart.

Hm, there's quite a lot I like but Oblivion and Ren are currently ones I really like from mine because of the character developments and just the time and effort I spent on Oblivion and Ren's revamping process. There are quite a bit from others who have some real amazing character development.

There are some times when it happens, some viscets have it happen alot but I end up adding things on or I'll completely discard their personality or character and completely remake them. Sometimes I'll like it for a while and sometimes i'll repeat the process. Usually I'm lucky enough to get their character they way I want and like it to be and sometimes i'm unfortunate and am no longer able to connect with them.
What would your viscet do if they woke up to find out that their normal eyes have become googly eyes?
Oblivion would probably almost have a heart attack, Arturia would run around with a big grin and show everyone, Luka would be scared of his own reflection as he is afraid of googly eyes. Ren would snarl and try to get rid of them.
What would you do if any of your viscets took your food or stuff?
I would try to negotiate or trade with the peaceful and non aggressive ones however if it's Ren I would back the heck outta there and let him have it.
What's your viscets pickup line?
Mine usually don't have one but Raven should have quite a bit up his sleeve but I wouldn't really know what he would say.
Kishi would probably be "Gotta go fast so catch me if you can." which would probably be odd.

I also love *Wolfs* Nighshade and Dr Whooves Lovers Fable. I've RP'd with both of these characters and they are just so lovely...I fell for them hard, hah.

I have had this issue a whole lot. It started with the arrival of Jude...he more or less changed my whole 'world', viscet wise. All the scattered pieces and disorganization that was my viscets suddenly got sucked into this massive story which I could not get out of...Thanks to him I have built a whole world that my viscets absolutely -must- fit in. If they do not have a place in my world then, for some reason, I don't feel a solid connection with them. All of my characters are connected, in some way or other. Maybe not with absolutely every other one I own, but a vast majority know each other or know of each other and have some sort of relationship with each other. Good, or bad.

All of mine and milo.'s viscets are feral in their mainverse, and reside in a world called Auwei. In our main AU, they're still feral in appearance, but they're a lot more sentient and basically do "human" things. They still reside on Auwei in our main AU, but it's a lot more technologically and structurally developed in that verse.

milo. has some absolutely amazing character development. As does Alex and howling <3 It's hard to choose just a few that I adore.

It's happened only twice and I rehomed them both. I regretted rehoming Odeta (previously Everette) very soon after I did it, and thankfully she's back in my care!! As for the other... It's a complicated situation, but basically I had some bad feelings about the OC she was based off of, so owning the viscet wasn't easy at all for me anymore. Thankfully, all that is behind me and I feel a lot better about the situation <3 I'm also very glad to see that she's loved with her new owner!

With Odeta, once she was returned to me, I changed her name and reworked her personality a bit, yes. I connect so much better now.

Mmmhm, it depends what "pack" they're apart of. For my demons, they have demonic names. For my angels, they have angelic names and so on and so forth.

The only time I use a website for names is when I need legit demon/angel names. Other than that, they all come from my own imagination. The ones based off of characters, of course, are named after the character.
