when one phase ends a new one begins and this signifies that. You can now make new entries to work with, make sure to read all the requirements on the front page and pay close attention what is and isn't allowed.

The artist staff collectively agreed that we all really liked the entries from each of you (although some where late) and that you would make great GAs for this month! So congrats! I'll be pming each of you shortly to give you all the info you'll need as well as adding you to the main thread to create adopts. c:

No honorable mentions this time, unfortunately. There were several that had a couple good entries but it felt like a lot of the entries either got lazy half way through or there were just a lot of issues with the designs. And we genuinely didn't get as many entries as we have in the past so that really effected this as well. But don't get discouraged, continue designing and giving it your best in phase 4 and hopefully we'll see you as one of the winners in August!
