I love how the design showcases attributes of both parents, and it goes together so seamlessly. Gorgeous.
(only critique I have, for if you become an nursery artist, is to smooth out the lines a little more, like on the hindpaws, other than that, this is perfect~)

And I agree on the lines. I don't have a tablet or anything fancy like that, and I'm a lefty with a right handed mouse, but my friend showed me a few techniques for smoothing the lines, so I'm going to practice on that ^^
