Is it alright if you do a design with natural colors but unatural markings?

You can make any design you want, as long as it's not something too unreal, and with unatural colors. They can only have natural colors

Personality: Very shy, usually hides from most other species. He is slightly smaller then the normal species, so he thinks of himself as tiny. He is very self-consious, and hides from himself sometimes.
Gender: Male (cannot be changed).
Theme Song: Cold Wind Blows, Eminem.
Country: Canada
Story: Oaiky was born a family of three. He was the runt, and immediatly picked on by the other two. His parents were very loving, but didn't notice he was being bullied. When he found his mate he was one of the happiest things in the world. When she was just about to have pups, his older siblings found him and killed his wife. He will never speak of her, even if you bring her up. After that he starved himself, and even attempted to jump off a cliff, but nothing seemed to kill him. Something inside him urged to keep him alive.
Now he lives in Ontario, Canada, in a small town near Ottawa called Deep River. It is very calm there, and he hides in Alqonquin Park, living off of deer, hare, moose, and small vermine.
He is almost sure that he is the only one of his species, but he can't rule out the possibility. The wolves are quite fascinated by the species. Oaiky has even fallen for one of the female alphas from one of the packs. Cougars are the only big cat species to live around there, and are very scarce. They don't think much of him.
Art of it: Working on it. Should be done in the next few days, since I am very busy with school, and extra-curicular activities.
