Welcome to the official home of Bog Adopts V2. We are happy to announce that Bog Adopts is receiving a revamp and will soon be open for business again, this time as an Oekaki adopt! We are glad to be bringing the species back and hope you all will enjoy them.

We are currently looking for staff! We need artists, moderators, and archivists.
To apply for a position, please fill out the corresponding form below.
Please note that moderators can apply for an archivist position but artists may only have that one job.

Artist
To be an artist you must have experience with Oekaki and been an artist for an adopt prior to this.
Currently, we are only accepting people who have experience with quality oekaki adopts. Once the
lines for Bog adopts are finished we will hold an artist search where anyone can try out. However, if
you would like to be admitted early without having to enter the contest, please submit this form.

Moderator
To be a moderator you must have experience with moderating at least two adopts prior to this*. We will
only accept moderators who can be on at least once every week. We will be accepting up to five
moderators for now. Moderators must be able to speak respectfully, professionally, and with little to no
grammatical errors. If you would like to be a moderator, please submit this form.

Archivist
To be an archivist you must have experience with archiving and proof of punctuality and reliability. We
will only be accepting archivists who can be online at least three times every week and have worked on
larger adopts. They must be able to handle archiving a lot of adopts in a timely manner. If you would like
to be an archivist, please fill out and submit the form below.

how would you handle...
art theft? I would confront the person in question, ask them if they did steal the art, gather information, then make my final decision based off what I find/what I'm told from others.
rude behavior? Tell them to stop, if they don't, give them a warning, and if the behavior persists, I would talk to other staff members on what my next move would be.
spam? Tell the person to stop or else a ban could be issued. No one likes spam.
general rule breaking? Remind them in a friendly fashion that what they're doing is against the rules in case they didn't know, depending on which rule they're breaking. If behavior persists, a warning, and after that, I would talk to staff.

why you want to join the team I love to help sites and owners in any way I can. I have 5+ years of admin experience in all positions and groups (event committee, communication,etc.). I normally apply whenever a site/adoptable owners are in need of staff because I understand it can become quite stressful on the team and I am more than willing to help.

other I noticed some of the adopts haven't put my username in the staff section yet, but I'm sure they are working on my "staff badge" before adding me.

rude behavior? I will warn the user to not be rude and it's unnecessary to be rude towards anyone. If they have an issue with something they can PM one of our Staff members and they will be glad to help them.

rude behavior? i'd warn the user that such behaviour is unacceptable, ask them to refrain from doing so in the future, and let them know that if they have a problem with someone they can report it to staff or DM the person
spam? i'd ask the user not to spam because it's unneeded and can lead to the closure of bog adopts. if they continue, it will result in a warning and they will be reported to the owner and CS staff.
general rule breaking? a warning would be issue and i'd let them know which rule they broke followed by asking them not to do so again. if it continues, they will be reported to the owner and CS staff.

The 'experience' you have listed does not count (by our standards) as they are all
very recent. We have contacted each of the owners asking if they can vouch for
your respectability, timeliness, and work ethic. All of them (but one) said that you
were a very recent addition to their teams. Therefore you do not meet the moderator
requirements of having moderated two adopts prior to this. We would be willing to
accept you as an intern mod (read description in first post) though. If you do not wish
to take this offer than we have no other positions to offer, you. Let us know what you
