As posted in the new design's article, there's been a revision made by someone that sits much nicer on the eyes:

Remember, just a suggestion; For the sake of appeal, I believe it would be best to use the revised one. <3

(And I have sensitivity issues with bright colours like those).

side note:
with bright/neon pride flags, I'll probably tone them down a bit
or make them pastel as I have issues with neons. hopefully, no-one
will mind this, and I'm happy to make adopts here!! c:
