1) almost everything in the file can be rearranged & recolored to best suit your preferences. You can make a blue valentine if you like! a gold one! a sad beige one! /j /j the colors are up 2 you entirely
2) If you want more of a specific decoration, use the oekaki tools to "duplicate" the folder or layer you need.
3) feel free to also add your own decorations in!
