Are we aloud to dress them in armor? Not too much but enough?

As long as you can think of an explanation of how they'd have it, and make it at least somewhat realistic for their situation. For example, a domestic kayrah may have their human make them armour, as a costume or something, while wild kayrah might be able to make some simple armour out of materials like wood or bones, but likely wouldn't have any way to make complex metal armour.
